Motel 6 Chula Vista, CA - San Diego

No clean, old in need of a complete overhaul! After checking in received a email about Covid outbreak!

The location is good considering it's right next to the freeway and trolley station.

There were 2 bugs (not sure if they were small roaches or something) in the bathroom walking around.

Yes the sheets were dirty plus didnt give extra towels

The front desk guy was really nice and patient. They fixed a problem I'm our room (stained bedding) immediately.

Sketchy people walking throughout the hotel area. They need security. I felt uncomfortable with the odd people walking around with cell phones and doing who knows what.

This was NOT a pleasant stay

The plumbing clogged. The hotel knew this was a problem because there was a plunger in the bathroom. They tried to get me to change rooms when I checked in, but I needed two beds because I was traveling with my grandson. They didn’t want to reduce my rate

Location and parking lot space

Many smoker outside and marihuana smell no so good for the kids

I like the shower

The beds was not comfortable and people screaming at night and outside of the balcony felt unsafe

We stayed here for the location. We falsely assumed that there would be a minimum standard for a chain motel. We were not expecting something nice out of a motel 6, but usually you know what you¿re gettin. Basic, but comfortable and clean. It was neither

For paying over $---- for one night, it didn¿t have a microwave or refrigerator or even a coffee maker , the bath towels were too small. And the coffee they had in the lobby didn¿t have any creamer for it. I asked and he just said we don¿t have any. Poor.

Nobody bothered me.

The room we got was nice and clean . The furniture was in perfect condition. Service was friendly and help full

The ice machine was broken

The room was clean and had plenty of space.

The headboard was not secure to the wall. Move the mattress and it would fall. Also, there was no comforter on the bed.

The price and Location are definitely awesome but I do Enjoy almost every stay at this motel and The rooms are excellent.

Usually the staff forget to put towels ain the rooms but I still enjoy my stay here and If I need a towel I can easily access one by going to the front desk but it be nice to have them already placed in the room.

Beds are very comfortable!

Please clean dust under bed! And wash floors properly!

I liked that the room was very clean. The location of this hotel was near a store and several restaurants and the light rail was a very short walk a way. Also, it was relatively peaceful during the night.

There was no fridge, dresser, or microwave. I did not see an ice machine either. This room was very small and difficult to set up for a 3-day stay. It seemed they were in the middle of remodeling in some regard.

Location is amazing. The staff was friendly and professional.

Trash in the hallways. Too much noise from outside and other rooms. Not enough pillows and blankets.

Not the rude and arrogant lack of service from the manager.

There were no clean towels available and the bed was broken

The rooms where kept very new. Not like other hotels where they are run down.

The pool was closed

Room was very tiny and i wasnt informed my room would not have a tv.
