Location, room cleanliness, staff ... all excellent! Passes to a local gym/pool..l
The staff were helpful and responsive at check-in and my room was clean and looked great when I first entered. Bathroom was clean and had lots of supplies, and overall the room was very nice especially for a very old hotel downtown.

Cons -

No available laundry, but the is not a show-stopper!
The hotel doesn't have modern construction, plumbing or accessories, but I didn't find it to be a problem

the windows, I could open them

expensive but OK. Will I go back, probably not to costly for me.
