Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Cathedral City Palm Springs

It was in a nice area. Very clean. And no smoking at all in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pool was 9 ft deep with a separate Spa, larger than any other hotel I've ever been to, 4 ft. Nice aura, coy fish in the courtyard with plenty of other amenities to enjoy on site! We enjoyed the scrumptious food at the Islands restaurant.

Breakfast and no parking charge. Spa open late.

We came and went at our leisure. A person was always at the reception desk and greeted us. Friendly well kept hotel.

Size of the room and the comfort of the bed. The breakfast had a vast variety of items and I was very pleased, this saved me from having to purchase breakfast elsewhere.

The tile floors at the elevator were dirty but they also lead to the hallway to the pool so I'm sure people were dripping wet which caused the floors to become dirty.

It was clean and family friendly

One of the rooms was not ready when we arrived at 3:00pm and our party and the reason we were in Cathedral City started at 4:00pm. They did allow us to check out 30 minutes later so that was nice.

The room was not sound proof AT ALL!! The walls were so thin that I could hear the guy next door singing in the shower, and his snoring the whole night. And I could also hear the the lady's conversation through the phone with her friend. I hate it.

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good with many selections.

Free hot breakfast, daily room cleaning, hotel location convenient to what we wanted to see.

Large signage on bldg. that said, "Hampton Inn." Was confusing when we first came to check in. Would've been nice for an email ahead of our visit saying hotel was formerly Hampton Inn but sign was not down yet.

It was Very Clean and the staff was very friendly. They knew of late night spots open to grab a bite to eat.

Not in particular except it was undergoing a renovation and boxes of furniture were everywhere but still wasnt that big of a deal

The breakfast was not good and the smoke alarm in the room would spontaneously go off while we slept.

There¿s always room for improvement. I always use your hotel for my out of town guests. I¿m a loyal customer. You should give me lower rates!

Location worked out due to proximity to our friends. Staff was friendly.

The bed was too firm and noticed a curly hair on the sheets near the pillow when we turned down the covers. Pillows were too firm.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff.

Paper-thin walls. Could hear the baby next door crying late into the night and early the next morning. A/C was very loud. Hard to sleep.

Hotel needs to be updated. Musty smell throughout hallways but room smelled clean.

Needed new carpeting and a general makeover, pool and spa cracked, Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Old and tired!
