Staff, noise,smell of room and not willing to give me a top floor

Gated community next to the golf course.

I didn¿t know you needed to check in via gate intercom system.

Outdated furniture, small t.v., small refrigerator

It is quiet no frills and clean , I also liked the location it's tucked away on a cul-de-sac

TV was not working when I checked in....maintenance was notified to make the fix. The next day house keeping didn't leave any towels,or wash clothes. I had to call the main office for them to be delivered. Over all the room is in dyer need of up dating.

Staff was not friendly, well at the least the staff at night. At check out the agent behind the counter was courteous and friendly

I liked the location, the price, and the small feel of the complex

I didn't like the the cold rooms, the miscommunication between staff (I was told a maintenance man would be over in 5 minutes, he ended up taking lunch and came an hour and a half later). Couldn't use garage and front desk staff are unfriendly.

The check in staff was extremely friendly especially when she found out that she grew up in the town next to where we were from. The room was spacious and had a glorious view of the mountain and of the pool. In the morning, I went for a walk and wanted to see if the gym was open so I could do my prenatal stretches but it wasn’t. However, one of the maintenance workers was kind enough to open the door and allowed me to use the facility. It was honestly such a wonderful place for our weekend getaway.

It would have been nice if there were earlier hours for the gym. My husband would’ve wanted to work out but decided not to because he read the hours on the paper. I just got really lucky.

Wonderful resort! The staff was excellent and provided fantastic customer service!Loved the laundry service, Jacuzzi, pool, gym!, golf nearby, walking trails, great layout of condo, parking garage!, the small cozy AND gated neighborhood, and so many more amenities! Thank you!!

There was not anything that we didn't like!

Convenient one night stay in transit.

Old and arguably run down. No baseboard in our unit, not so clean couches with cushions installed backwards. Just that kind of stuff.

There was no breakfast here.

I had thought we would have a king bed. Either I just didn't notice it when I booked the reservation or we got a double bed rather than king, as we always request.

Our room and the property is clean. The bathroom is a good size with plenty of counter space for toiletries, etc. Parking is convenient. Located in a nice area. Very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Difficult to get through the gate. Finally followed another car through.

Quiet , clean, friendly and professional staffs, super close to the golf course (it's at right in front of the villa) , heated pool and hot tub. My kid loved the pool and we will definitely come back.
