CCBC Resort Hotel - A Gay Men's Resort

It was clean.

Very disappointed in the room because my reservation specified a king bed. When I got into the room it was a full bed in a small room. Very misleading. I don¿t think I will stay here or recommend this hotel again.

The location is good if you have a car; the convenient runway restaurant was a plus

Needs better pool music

Bed itself is best. I don’t have any pain in morning unlike other paces.

The overall property features are always fun and amazing. Love the jacuzzi and social areas.

Beds in the room are rather uncomfortable and make it almost impossible to get a good night sleep. It would have also have been nice to have small chair/couch to lounge.

Friendly and engaging staff who fixed a minor issue with my shower curtain within 10 minutes - great service!

The grass areas were all out of bounds due to landscaping work. Maybe they could have done this in two phases.

We were checked in by a VERY nice man. The room was clean and spacious. Would be nice to have a soap holder at the sink. The grounds are kept up nice and pool and hot tubs were well maintained.

I didn't know that there was breakfast available. The "Runway" did not seem to be used. Don't know what it was for. There were tables and chairs but nothing was posted in the room as to what was available there.

Greeted with a friendly Guest Service Representative by the name of John. Sergei's and TJ's help were aboce and beyond as well.

Location. Amenities are good. Pool is nice and clean. Great towels in the bathroom, beds are comfortable.

Need to have ice makers available instead of needing to go to front desk/bar to ask for ice.

Great staff , quiet and relaxing.

Parking at night on a busy night had to park on the street till a parking spot came available inside the resort parking lot.

This is the most relaxing and laid back place and the staff was awesome especially the guy that checked us in he was so helpful everyday and the night guys and a fun place first time to California from Florida and will be back to ccbc

The cost to stay here is very expensive for what you get. It’s not even close to being a 3 star motel. No hot water in the shower.
