Clean quiet..people seeming to be enjoying themselves

A couple of the females working the check in desk at night need to be fired for their mannerisms towards some guest's..those workers on thos shifts need reprimanding for their nasty biased attitude as if they own the property.

Breakfast had a lot of selections with coffee available all day for guests which was nice.

The plumbing was horrible in the room but that was about it.

Hotel staff was very nice; Rooms were clean; Location was ok

Not to get too picky but Ice machines were not working and one of the washing machines was out of service

Location was good.. it was central to the locations that we wanted to go.

The rooms were very dark. Not enough lighting or natural lights.

The hotel is poorly maintained and rooms are not clean. The cafeteria staff is really rude to guests and hardly made them feel comfortable

Clean, quiet, great location, felt safe with plenty of security.

The beds were comfortable and had covers on them.

The security guard was blocking a diamond spot for someone else which appeared to be family or friends of the same race. The guard did not bother asking me if I was a diamond member . he was not friendly & the breakfast was awful & rude staff.

We really like staying here due to the friendly customer service and it¿s clean, But this time there was hair on the tub and shampoo container. Conditioner on the shower wall. The fan did not work in the restroom and the USB on the lamp did not work.

Clean, nice location. Hot tub and pool. Big breakfast buffet.

Front desk staff was not friendly, didn¿t smile was very short felt unwelcome.

From parking checking in to checking out excellent..The welcome staff was excellent very helpful answered our questions. We needed a room for a family funeral and the room was a 10+ clean comfy the continental breakfast was great a big selection to choose

I experienced things bitting me in the bed , the hotel switch my Roo In the evening, however that was an inconvenience to see that the new room wasn¿t up to cleaning standards. I Informed the hotel of my concerns again and was left with no explanation

Shower didn¿t work carpet was wet bathroom wasn¿t clean under the sink there were candy wrapper underneath room wasn¿t ready at check in one of the lights next to the bed was out¿.

Location of hotel was excellent and close to facilities we needed. The breakfast was good.

No info in rooms about rules or housekeeping. If you didn't go to the front desk and request housekeeping you didn't get any or clean towels.

The breakfast was trash Monday thru Friday. Saturday is was good I would think it¿s the Hampton inn and how much they charge the breakfast should be up to standards everyday

They even have security! Very important in this area.

Weekends breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage and oatmeal. Weekdays it's just to go burritos and hard boiled eggs. I really miss the oatmeal during the week.

The location of the hotel is great.

I was expecting more from the breakfast after reading the reviews. The breakfast was microwave sandwich and a breakfast burrito

Its close proximity to a busy highway resulted in a little noisy night, but it was not too bad.
