I liked the cleanliness, the spacious rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Clean and welcoming staff. We arrived close to 11pm and hotel employee greeted with with a smile and provided all the info we needed about our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel sign by the road could be lit up more. We missed it and had to drive slowly in the dark of night to find it. So improved signage would be helpful.

The room had a very strong smell of cleaner and the flooring felt sticky due to cleaner residue. The A/C fan was sprayed with cleaner as well so anytime we ran it, the room smelled of the chemicals. The tv cable was out for our whole stay (World Cup)

The vinyl floors in the room are very dirty. They need to be cleaned with a swiffer

Room 260: shower not hot. Maintenance said it was fine. 5 days cold showers. Room 262: AC didn’t work well. They said they would send maintenance. Idk if they came. Never worked. Both rooms: toilets hard to flush. Had to open tank to flush sometimes

The location was perfect. The breakfast was great each day-many choices and a very nice hostess. It was our 37th wedding Anniversary and we had an overall good time

The TV connection went out 1st night and the maintenance guy fixed it but the 2nd night, the same issue happened. A little disappointed. Reported it to the front desk.

The staff was great. Location is good. I like the hotel layout and the rooms. Everything was good.

The room had a refrigerator and microwave.

It was right up against the freeway, so my car became absolutely filthy overnight. There was trash in the pool. The woman who checked us in was not being direct with us and seemed to have a bad attitude.

Walking distance to beach. Nice size room. Jacuzzi. Wish you had a steam room though!

The breakfast in the morning while nice that it was provided for free, did not have ANY vegan or vegetarian choices. Only an orange or a banana. Also no organic oat, almond or hemp creamer chives for coffee.

Great location near town. Size of room was excellent for 2 people. Front desk gave us several room choices upon arrival which was nice (although all of the good rooms were taken by 1:30pm when we arrived). Breakfast was good, lots to choose from.

Barking dogs in many rooms, staff did not enforce noise complaints; rooms on fwy side of building are very loud; walls/ceiling are thin, we could hear all of our neighbors & their dogs snoring, walking, barking, etc. Both fridge & A/C units were very loud

Room TOO FAR from elevator. Hotel should hsve two elevators!! We requested for our return trip A ROOM NEAR THE ELAVTOR!! We'll see if they respond.

Top cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall, kind staff, decent breakfast.

The breakfast room is really tiny and too small for the amount of guests that visit this place, hence the 9/10. Other than that - amazing Holiday Inn.
