Maid missed cleaning room 1 night of our stay.

Good location in Carpenteria.Clean , comfortable bed; good coffee in Registration area -only in A.M. howeverIt was quiet.

The lighting in my guest room was low wattage. It was challenging if a person wanted to read- and I did. I missed the coffee pot in the room! But all in all , a good place to stay

Location and price

Floors are always so dirty. There?s no carpet (which is great) but if you run a damp cloth on the flooring, it comes up black with dirt. Every time I?ve stayed here.

Reasonably priced, great location, and clean.

Thin blankets and towels. Loud toilet.

The hotel is located within a few streets from IHOP and a major grocery store. The pool area is very pretty and is surrounded by Palm trees.

Being right off the highway it is in a residential area and close to the beach but doesnt have a beach view.

Location is good, has a swimming pool, room was clean.

Front desk staff was really bad, careless about being there for the guess, you have to wait up to 10 mins for staff to come back to help you, while watching them chilling at the laundry through the cameras. Not friendly, I guess they hate working there.

Price was reasonable.

No hot water at the bathroom sink. The water hardly came out, so it was difficult to use it. No hair dryer.

Floor was ridiculously dirty. Sticky. No quilt or bedspread or throw blanket on bed.

4 walls and a roof

Overbooked my room type. Got a lesser room than what I paid for that lacked the accomidation I needed without compensation. People entering my room without my consent, knowledge or presence other than to clean which I refused anyway

value. Was a loud dripping/popping noise at the back wall of our unit. Reported to staff when we checked out. It concerned us for safety reasons.

It was quiet and cleaner than expected

Air conditioner leaked vent from above and water dripped on my head when I was at bathroom sink. Bathroom sink water not hot.

Convenient clean quiet

Wow~ we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Honestly, we didn¿t have high expectations for a motel 6, lol! The check in staff was great, and although the room was simple & basic, it was very clean, & the hotel is in a quiet location.

This hotel was in a great location for my work. The property is well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and appeared updated. Both hotel employee at the front desk are friendly and provide excellent customer service.

My only gripe is the pool hours which are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Basically, during business hours when I worked and couldn't use. Seems strange in the summer to not have later hours.

Room was clean, besides the floor, it had a sticky feeling. Bed was comfortable. 2/3 staff members were friendly. Hotel was a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores.

My rooms were not ready until 1 1/2 hrs later after check in time. The AC in all the hotel rooms were not functioning, it was so hot, we had to open the door through out the night. Provided no compensation for our wait and having no AC.

The friendly and prompt service and the reasonable price.

A little noisy but I understand it's a family hotel.
