A little dingy

quaint, clean, staff efficient and friendly. I was impressed with the communication - texts to confirm, answered phone when I called, etc...

Very beautiful area, the hot tub in the room was very relaxing after a road trip. 10 min walk to the beach with great views.

Room was a little cramped with the king bed but overall still worth it

It was really cold and the AC was only blowing cold air and was broken...Staff tried to fix it but couldn't and it became very cold during night....we couldn't open the window since it was also broken. Hotel dint hav external heater.

The room was nice.

I really didn't like the front desk staff so much. I stayed there a month prior ago, and Diego working at the front desk was GREAT. He was very attentive. This time, I didn't appreciate the front office being locked Well before it was time to be.

It was not right up against the freeway.

The furniture and furnishings in the room were very run down. The covering of a chair was torn, the curtains showed stains. Generally it all looked very overwork. There are no hangers. The "resort fee" of $30 seemed irrelevant. Breakfast very limited.

There was nothing to like about this room. The price was ridiculous, and we were taken advantage of.

This hotel was very disappointing. It is really old and placed in the middle of a sketchy neighborhood Where we felt very uncomfortable outside the room. There was only a continental breakfast not a full as advert. Resort fee...what? Room was unclean

My room was off the street and quiet. The room was decorated nicely with an artistic colorful feel. it was not a sizable room, yet felt roomier by the use of mirrors. I noticed that the people that stayed here were friendly, and also respectful.

I was woken up by the sound of bending metallic sheeting? It was a periodic thing, and when I got up it was coming from the small refrigerator. So, no big deal but in a small room...annoying. The Staff were cool, the place has its own charm. Nice!

No breakfast, bed is not comfortable , no rug, its really average motel room.

The room was newly renovated. The tile floor was very nice, bed was very comfortable and decor, comforter all great.

They take dogs. However, it was not pet friendly because there was no grass area near the hotel for my dog to go to the bathroom on only cactus. Also there were no amenities whatsoever. They need cups. Bathroom mirror oddly placed, not over sink.

The room was of very bad quality and it was too much money for that disappointingly dirty place.

I didn’t like that I was charged an extra 350 dollars just to bring my pet. There were cockroaches in my room and bed bugs, there were also broken things in the room. and the room was not clean enough . The refrigerator froze everything. I had to smash cockroaches and I got bed bug bites. I had to clean my own room because when I was out of the room the staff didn’t clean. The place was for sure not the clean area that the website described and showed.

I loved the bathroom had a jetted bathtub!!! That was magical!!!I liked the ambient light and the lil gardens and the flowers and succulents... The old Spanish style design...I love that it is pet friendly...

I didn't like that it appeared there might be long term tenants

the placing of the room was great, the staffing in the day weren’t as helpful as the mom was who went above and beyond.i do love the privacy given, just had a smoker scent it was convenient to have the shopping center at walking distance.

the apartment complex would come over for ice so i heard that at random time of the AM or night. had to request new towels on third day and asked the am staff if i can get the towels replaced and was ignored so i had to take them out myself. also needed to remove the trash bags myself for the three days of stay.
