- Location, cleanliness, nice room, friendly and helpful staff
- The staff was very attentive and kept the hotel immaculate! The breakfast room was spotless and they refilled the food choices frequently. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.
- Front desk staff are great. Breakfast attendants are absolutely amazing and helpful and great at making sure things are clean. Fitness center is amazing. Maintenance man was awesome and helpful
Cons -
- The cleaning people in the mornings (specifically a male that runs the show back there) were crazy rude. They always forgot to restock towels. In the rooms and in the pool area. How bizarre. He was not friendly, helpful, and always seemed annoyed at
- The overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals even as soon as I entered the lobby. I couldn¿t close my room windows while I was there- the air was really bad in the hotel from all the chemicals. I immediately had a headache and nausea.
- Everything was great. Shower bar is a irle big and hard not to bump into while showering.
