Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Campbell

1. There was no free breakfast because their kitchen got shut down by the health board. 2. There was an arrest of what appeared to be a drug-abusing adult in the hallway while I was there. 3. Bug bites while I was in the room.

This hotel is a solid 3-star. The staff was nice, the room and kitchenette were clean. As expected for the price and rating, The area felt safe enough to walk to dinner. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It suited our needs.

It was a bit stuffy, but the AC freshened it up some.

People were in the lobby smoking. I got key to room and went to elevator. Dirty carpet that smelled. Smell in hallway was bad. Entered room and it was worse. I checked out 45min later. Could not sleep in that smell.

Upon arrival ,no one at front desk & room wasn’t ready & was told to wait around 20 to 30 minutes. Came back , I was told that room was actually ready. Went up to room and it smelled like a wet clothes .

Has kitchen

This is NOT a 3.5* hotel as it's being sold. Carpets have not been washed in years! Refrigerator makes too much noise to sleep. The internet disconnects. Breakfast is with paper plates and plastic utensils. No bacon on weekends, no daily room service.

Desk personnel were cordial and professional. Breakfast was reasonably good.

dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Indirect bathroom lighting not adequate for shaving. Cracked sink in bathroom. Dog barking next door.

Free laundry. Nice people!

The TV does not have an easy way of finding programs and is quite limited on choices. Also, I don't think this is a 3 1/2 star rated hotel, Possibly a 3 only.

Their pillows were hard and not much of a choice to choose from. No microwave.

Friendly staff all around

Web site says swimming pool. They don't have one no more so they should really update the website. I brought my bathing suit and was sad no pool.

Quiet neighborhood and good price.

Yes, it took three tries to get into an acceptable room. The first room was clean, except for the bathtub had dirty water in it and wasn't clean or drained. The second room had a refrigerator that ran too loudly for sleeping. Third room was finally ok

They over charge me 303$ From no where 2 days after I stay I call them to fix the problem No manager staff means Like I?m asking them for loan I try call again they don?t know when the manager be in Middle of Xmas they charge me

The room had ripped curtains, broken washbasin and overall, run down experience in the room, including hard to use lamp and lack of adequate lighting.

Ants in the bathroom; no ?Do Not Disturb? door card available; A/C fan filter needs to be cleaned and/or changed; Laundry room machines were all covered in loose animal hairs

Clean, pet friendly, had a pet area with supplies.

Noisy on floor above and lighting was too dim.

A very nice quaint hotel with rooms very practical and comfortable. Very good location and the staff was excellent! Plus, there's coffee in the lobby, and a pretty good breakfast in the morning. Plenty of parking! I would definitely stay there again!

Overall, excellent! But, maybe some of the furniture needs to be upgraded....a little newer. Other than that, a really good hotel to stay in the area!

The rooms are nice and spacious and clean.

The front desk staff was terrible on check in.

property is very dated and in need of repairs. Carpet in hallways was bubbling up, the room was clean but seemed dingy, the furniture is old, there were walls that were patched but not painted, closet door missing, breakfast was lacking, bad coffee

The power went out overnight with not time given as to when it would come back on . They couldn?t even check me in for the second half of my stay since I extended my visit

I like the location.

The front desk girl who had tattoos on her was very mean and unfriendly. She was trying everything to not help.
