At 5:00 AM, landscaping crews began working directly outside our window. The water supply on our floor was cut off before my partner and I could shower. I moved to a room on a lower floor to shower. I walked through the main public areas and lobby in pj's

Our room was on the first floor, next to bar and lobby and outside entry. ridiculously loud

Poolside room was way too noisy but hotel was pretty full and too hard to move rooms Also people above us walked loudly around late at night and it was noisy

Proximity to Pruneyard shopping/restaurants. This visit, my room was spacious and quiet.

Limited parking in front of hotel (there is overflow parking in Pruneyard general parking lot). Billed for free breakfast with an amount due; had to tell my server that my room included a free breakfast; worried about being charged later

Overall it was great. The hotel room was nice and clean, the staff and the location were excellent.

The walls and ceiling of the room were very thin / poorly designed. Our neighbor upstairs could be heard with every step and movement. There was a large gap in the door of our room so we found a love cockroach had made its way in.

The location Wass great. We enjoyed the lobby and helpful staff during our stay.

I wish that they would not spray scented perfume or cleaner in the rooms.

Noisy guests. It took longer than it should have to send security to quiet down drunk guests in the middle of the night.

Loud noisy guests in the middle of the night were not kept in check. Response was slow. Not enough staff at front desk. I had to wait to check in while a woman was complaining long and loudly.

Location was excellent. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants.

The walls were paper thin. We had to switch rooms from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor as we could hear everything happening in the parking lot, hallway, and our next door neighbor who was watching their tv.

Lovely room. Nicely designed, attractive, and spacious. Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants at the Pruneyard. Charming, helpful staff.

The staff was supportive and helpful. Rooms were spacious and pleasant. Loved the shower.

A little noisy. Second floor rooms were close to the open foyer and noise traveled. Handicapped rooms were really far from the elevator and the closer rooms were noisy.

Clean. Friendly staff - especially night front desk staff with the warm Hilton cookies. It really made the kids happy after a long day of adventure. Good location with a variety of restaurants and stores. Free Parking. Beds were comfortable, spacious room

Noisy. There was a rolling cart being pushed just outside our room window late at night. We could hear a guest walk around in their room above us and guests slam room doors.

The hotel staff are exceptional. The room extra clean and beautiful. Perfect location within walking distance to lots of shopping and dining. Thank you! I will be back!

The AC unit is located next to the bed, when on it blows directly whoever is sleeping next to it. This makes it difficult to sleep.

I was Woken up at midnight fire fire alarm going off in the hotel. Then a man broke into our room during the fire alarm installed my daughters computer. We waited outside the hotel for over an hour. Hey Steve had broken in and set the alarm

Had to pay for the continental breakfast. Beds too firm.

Unfortunately, the assigned room was on the corner where all the guest traffic used the exit door. It was too noisy and hard to sleep
