Plenty no batteries in remote 1 decaff coffee in room tried to get batteries for remote instead got a non working one and a did not work also they charge hidden fees like charging to take your breakfast plate to your room who does that

Pillows, blankets , and mattress need to be updated

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the recessed lighting in the bathroom/vanity area since the room was pretty dark. The breakfast was adequate. Next time, I will ask for a room upstairs. I think it would be quieter.

The front door didn't seal very well. Cigarette smoke and noise from outside came into our room. The carpet and overstuffed chair needs to be replaced. They were very old and worn out and made the room feel dingy.

Location, low noise level, clean linen, comfortable bed, plenty of parking.

Location to walking trail near the creek. I saw a few individuals I didn¿t feel comfortable with.

Shower pressure could have been better and the bed wasn¿t very comfortable.

The very morning i walked in to checkout and get receipt, I came across with a very disrespectful and rude receptionist who was not willing to give me a receipt and her name for filing a grievance. Showed me the door by her hands in front of othe

It was close to where we needed to be. The rooms were extremely quiet. The rooms were overall clean.

Taking a shower in the morning was lukewarm water at best.

Location is suitable for my business needs. Location is along a jogging path which is charming. I wish I knew about it beforehand.

Interior is a bit unpolished. ie: Shower curtain did not comfortably keep water in the tub due to the curved rail; faucets doesn't drain quickly. Price on website higher than those of aggregators.

The location worked for us

The room was no warmer than the very cold air outside and took over an hour to warm up. The water in the sink and shower never got warmer than tepid - too cold for a shower. Unacceptable for the cost.

Close to restaurants and freeway entrances.

Lack of tv and cable networks.

Staff, towels, breakfast and landscaping of the property were wonderful. The hotel being adjacent to the walking path was nice too. I should have asked to be moved to a different room, but by the time I realized it was a problem, I had already unpacked.

The room itself smelled awful - a mixture of smoke and dirty damp. There was an air freshener (chemical) smell too. I use a sleep apnea machine. After spending 2 nights, the silicone around the face mask to the machine smells just like the room did.

Updated room, great bed linens. AMAZING full buffet breakfast, with very high quality food, and good coffee. Directly, behind the parking lot is an 8-mile, paved trail that runs along the river. Perfect for biking or walking.

Hotel is right next to Hwy 17, which makes it very convenient but very noisy when you are outside (rooms are quiet inside, though). All important things are updated, but paint is peeling in places, etc. which gives a little feeling of dilapidation.

Older property that is being updated. I was fortunate to have stayed in a room that had been updated. Nice newer bathroom

Really nothing. This was way overpriced for what it was. It was clean even though my travel companion and I did check for bed bugs. We didn't find any but would not have been surprised if we had.

I purchased on others reviews. This place is way overpriced for what it is. It is a very dated hotel that has not been remodeled in decades. The sheets were scratchy as could be, the pillows and beds lumpy, the TV had static, and the buffet was awful.
