The staff was warm, caring, and friendly. The location was perfect, and the rooms spotless.

It was the most uncomfortable room I've ever experienced. It claimed to "sleep 4" but the second bed was a hard as a board futon that couldn't actually be made up as a bed. The sitting room contained only the futon and a table and chairs. Just No.

This was an Extended Stay TownePlace Suites, which we prefer. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the kitchen offered a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a set of dishes and silverware. We appreciated the sound-proof windows!

The couch was hard and uncomfortable, due to it being a hide-a-bed. It was inconvenient to have the water turned off one day from 10am-3pm, due to construction. Advance notice would have been appreciated rather than learning about it the day we checked in

I like the location of this hotel.

AC unit in room was blowing out WARM air all nite and I was uncomfortable and sweating all nite. Beds was shaped like a U. Hotel rep agreed to move to another room which WAS OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER PERSON. Very unprofessional and seems like not organized.

The facts are good. She told me what to expect and it was better than I thought my birthday there was wonderful. My best friend and her husband said you always pick great spots now we¿re going to come here all the time.

Maybe more selections of food but we were able to share what we did have it¿s okay though overall I love the food and the moon.

The breakfast was a step above the familiar buffet, but it all tasted good and was hot and fresh. The rooms, hallways, and elevator all smelled nice, more than just clean. There were snacks for sale in the front lobby and included some healthy options.

There weren't any king beds available. The location is near Hwy 17, but not easy to reach and really confused my GPS.

The location was great. Easy to get around walking ir by car. Parking was free. Great access to the los Gatos trail.The breakfast was good . It offered a nice variety for all guests. The fact that it was the same everyday though would become boring if you planned a long stay. The suite was comfortable , quiet and spacious.

The room was two-bedrooms with a small living area and kitchen. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable.

The pull out bed in the living area was VERY hard. They provided a thin mattress cover but it didn’t provide much padding. Bring a pad of your own if you plan to use the pull out.

Good location, nice spacious room, breakfast was not horrible. Waffles were good. Staff was super kind.

Not great noise insulation and the curtains didn’t have enough privacy/ability to block out sunlight. We could hear people walking around above us and people in other rooms.

The location is great. The facilities and the rooms are newly renovated, super clean and very comfortable.

The included breakfast was okay. The sofa bed in the standard room is pretty hard when it opens as a bed. It’s difficult to sleep on.

No disinfectant spray for the gym. Not enough carts for luggage. Not able to get the ac to work in a stuffy room, had to open the window.

Great location. I liked the level of security at this property . Front desk staff excellent , especially Prince. Walking distance to the Pruneyard shopping area with lots of shops and restaurants.

Saw several homeless people around the property but they had good security

The the maids are part of the stocking program and was stocking me continuously banging on my ceiling, banging on the walls when they were supposed to be cleaning the rooms they spent most their time trying to disturb me

Great breakfast, comfortable room , friendly staff.

The spacious room and the complete kitchen make it extremely comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. Having a room on the side that overlooks the park and the creek trail is gorgeous! I felt like I was in the woods! The breakfast is great! Several options to choose from and the food is tasty. The breakfast room is spacious and the large windows are wonderful to look out of.

Because of the remodel, we were without water for an entire day. That was inconvenient! Fortunately, we were away most of that day, but they should at least provide bottled water in the lobby during such times. We never experienced any noise from the remodel, which was a relief.

Breakfast: There were choices to meet the preferences of different people. However one morning, a holiday, different supplies had to be requested. For example the cereal bowls, knives, forks, etc. Also, some food items were empty and had to be requested. It appeared to be short staffed in maintaining the breakfast area. The other two days of our stay, the breakfast was fine with sufficient food. The room was comfortable and clean.

The sofa pillows were so worn, I questioned their cleanliness. I suggest throwing them out and not having any.

The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff was so great !! The gal there nov 4th at 4 am, was five star. She was beyond helpful, she was a lifesaver ?
