Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Campbell

The decor was nice.

On the second day of our stay, there was no hot water for the shower. Our primary reason for staying here was the hot tub at the pool, which was out of service the entire time we were there. Staff was unaware and then unhelpful.

The front desk was very helpful and considerate. I liked the area and the rooms were perfect.

I booked the 2 night stay for my son and his family. The gentleman at the desk, I believe Jorge, was so very kind and super helpful. And it seemed very inviting walking into the lobby, thank you

The staff were so kind and friendly, everything was clean and my daughter and I were able to use the hot tub - a favorite thing of ours to do :)

A little tricky following the wayz directions in, but that is not a flaw of the hotel.

Very nice rooms and very clean. Excellent adherence to pandemic protocols. Great location. Front desk was very helpful and tech-savvy in solving a network connection problem.

At the premium price this hotel charges, I would expect free coffee/tea in the lobby or restaurant area. Very limited breakfast menu, and rather pricey.

The room and view was beautiful. I liked the air conditioner and how well it worked. It was comfortable and clean.

Clean, clean, clean! Everything was perfect including reception! Love the location. Easy to find! Housekeeping staff very pleasant. The beds were so comfortable, slept well. Quiet room

NO LUGGAGE CARTS!! CAN YOU IMAGINE A HOTEL OF THIS SIZE WITHOUT ADEQUATE NUMBER OF LUGGAGE CARTS. EVEN THE FRONT DESK DIDN'T SEEM TO SEE THIS WAS AN ISSUE. UNBELIEVABLE.

Location, upscale hotel, great room, professional staff.

We were only staying one night and it was all about the price, we were amazingly surprised at how beautiful and comfortable this hotel was

For what little it costs free coffee in the morning is a must

My room was 0n top floor, not in good shape as usual. This is basically a storage for broken down equipments

The location was great, right off of the freeway. My room was also very clean. The front desk was also very accommodating by the way of letting me check in a few hours early.

Quality of the room construction. Comfortable bed and good sound insulation, what I would expect from a Courtyard. The cafe was offordable. Located near Starbucks, CVS, and basic small mall stores.

We were treated so well - it was a very short stay but we were treated very well and appreciated the comfort of the bed. The staff in the little lounge was very kind as well, and super friendly.

Never notified us that there was no parking due to construction and a whole lot of mess, dirt everywhere and jack hammer noise as late as 7:00 PM and as early as 7:30 AM Sunday morning!

Close, clean, affordable, good service, acessibility to major roads and freeway, staff was very helpful when my room's door sensor decided to have a fit in the middle of the night.

My room's key sensor was a mess. I made 3 trips up and down the elevator because the sensor wasn't reading my cards properly the night I stayed. It didn't occur to the staff to send someone to fix it until my third stop for a card that might work.
