    Pros +

    • Nothing positive about this hotel. It is a dorm style rundown facility with poor management that does not care about the guest. The parking stalls 12 inches apart, they oversold hotel by 14 rooms the day we arrived and put us in a sub standard room
    • The location, the price and the room; all extremely high value for the cost. I really liked the hotel!
    • The room is nice and clean

    Cons -

    • Multiple staff are rude and unacomodating. Rooms are run down, carpet stains , torn wallpaper. No parking in evening, hotel has a fly and stay program so all spots are taken by people who have left their vehicles. Hotel rents pool out to a swim school
    • Parking, parking, parking!!!! There should be a designated area for guests…
    • Parking is very expensive one night for $48 is too much ,especially that we checked in at 1 am and left at 12 noon the next day. Another thing you had no free breakfast I paid ---for the night and I don't even get eggs and toast?

I accidentally left something in my room. I went through the process of reporting what it was and my room number. I even went back on my way back through after my international trip and was told it wasn't there.

I was going to fly out of SFO in the morning, so this hotel made it easy. I used the airport shuttle. The shuttle got to the airport quickly.

There are not many restaurants nearby. The airplanes can be heard taking off from inside the room.

    Convenience and airport parking

Very loud (drunk or stoned) disrespectful. guests arriving late at night.

    10Verified guestPosted on: 11-19-2024

Clean, spacious, great shuttle service, super close to airport

    10DwightPosted on: 10-31-2024

shuttle. The hotel was very nice

Would like to have the option of a continuous fan when we go to sleep. the airplanes were loud but that is not on you guys. We could have stayed farther away. :)

No parking validation and very expensive: $48 to park overnight (7 hours). I would guess, or hope, that parking is free at most other hotels in the area, and I would've happily paid more for the room to stay there.

The variety of gaming options in lobby

Parking. $50/night. There were no parking in both aloft and Westin. For $50 per night customers shouldn?t have to drive around for 45 mins to find parking at a hotel

    6Verified guestPosted on: 5-13-2024

Parking first $ 50.00 per day, after my complaint Discounted to $ 26.00, after 45 minutes we found finally a empty parking space! No Breakfast Buffet!

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-27-2024

Convenient to the function I was attending

Parking was ver limited and the charge to park while staying in the hotel was way overpriced and a rip off. I ended up not staying the night and still charged the parking fee. Total time used in the parking lot was an hour. I won¿t ever stay there again

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-17-2024

The place felt clean, comfortable, welcoming and fun. Especially for an airport hotel. They had board games, a pool table and more in the lobby. It was really a nice surprise.

Hotel has 500 parking spaces, but only I EV charging stations. After all this is C that forced Electric Vehicles on the rest of America. You would think they have plenty of stations for charging. Hotel charges $48.00 per night for parking. RIPOFF

staff not friendly. $48.00 dollars for parking is a RIPP-OFF, what do they think it Las Vegas where everything is a RIPP-OFF.

    5AndrewPosted on: 11-28-2023

600 parking spaces, 1 EV charges. Hotel charges $48.00 per night to park. A person can buy a parking space online for $8.00. Ripp-Me-0ff.

You car hear airplane noises from airport.

I just love the atmosphere of this hotel. The rooms are fun, the showers are great, the shared space is nice, the staff is very pleasant and accomodating. This is my hotel of choice when I have to travel to the Bay Area.

    The lobby and the staff.

The room, specifically the bathroom. This hotel had a renovation but it shouldn't have. It is is horrible. The bathroom doesn't have shelves in the shower or in the bathroom at all. There was no lid on the toilet! I could keep going but I'm out of space!

    9TheresaPosted on: 10-4-2023

Really appreciated the shuttle, since many hotels won¿t run theirs late at night. We landed at midnight and still were able to take the shuttle!

    Nothing negative about this place!

They refused my service just because I was sitting in lobby
