Pros +
- The room was comfortable. The housekeeping staff are excellent.
- The staff. I would like to see a hot tun in the future
- The upgraded shower heads were a nice change from the traditional hotel ones.
Cons -
- This hotel does not measure up to the standards I have come to expect from the Hyatt Regency brand. The bridge between the garage and the hotel is exposed to weather and it does not appear to be ADA-compliant. Not enough public seating area.
- The only thing I did not like was the customer service from one receptionist during the initial check-in. I greeted her with a hello and asked if the conference was at the hotel, and she rudely stated, "Your I.D., please."
- Yes, the fact that dogs were allowed in the seating, bar and dining area. Unfortunately as we were having a drink a large dog came with its owner sitting about 12 ft from us bringing a very bad odor. Ruined the nice happy hour cocktail and moment we had.
