I HATED the HUGE charge to park. Most ridiculous charge EVER!!! And no warning of this stupid LARGE charge! I will not be staying there again! Ever! I will look for any place without this fee. *Ridiculous! Yes, I can afford it, but dont like scams

HVAC was broken. The night desk attendant informed us he could move us, but they have been having issues with the HVAC for weeks and the new room was likely the same. He would not let us check a new room because he said it would be contaminated

Large room well equipped with good sized fridge and a microwave. Very good breakfast and large breakfast room in which to eat it. Lots of choices.

Rather shabby condition. A thermostat that did not seem to be functional fell off the wall when I touched it, wanting to adjust the room temperature. Shuttle service not available at time I wanted.

The breakfast was nice.

Nursing conferences. I always bring my mom 93 (in a wheelchair) with me. We arrived at the San Francisco airport in the evening. No answer, we stayed at the shuttle area for four hours no one came. Phones were not working. No compensation by employees!

This hotel is rude

The front desk is rude and is no type of help, I hope her future trips she runs into such trouble as herself. She has no care in the world for the guest, I have been hung up on by her and never was allowed to speak to management

That my dog was allowed (although the price charged for one night was excessive and they provided nothing for my dog including an empty dog waste container for both days). And it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff had very poor customer service and did not seem to care about hotel guests' experience in the slightest. They were not friendly and, when we had a problem, were not helpful.

Breakfast.

Please put locks on bathroom door. Farms doors for bathroom is a terrible idea! Especially since most rooms have two beds and are shared with another person.

The bed and pillows are comfortable.

The room could have been cleaner. My dog picked up a pill that a previous guest had dropped somewhere in the room.

Incredibly easy check-in, check-out, great breakfast, and very close to the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds were perfect! The rooms are so roomy and I loved the pillows. Very well kept room and great breakfast.

Reasonable price, clean and courteous service.

Breakfast should have more options. For two days the same sausage was served.

Staff, free parking, location, breakfast

We love the location, can see the water and airplanes landing from our room. We always enjoy the breakfast provided by the hotel, and you can't beat free parking. I also like how big the room is (corner king)

The sofa bed was broken (but the hotel did provide a roll away bed). The toilet had issue flushing (had to flush multiple times even to get liquid waste down), and the freezer door in the min fridge was broken and had grey dirty frost in it

Everything is great, Staff are lovely, exceptionally clean, very quiet, perfect location, staff very accommodating. Great breakfast and fre parking. Wil definately return!

Front desk 'manager' was inept. Was unable to answer simple questions like "do you need information on my vehicle for parking?" The key card machine was broken upon arrival and the manager did not provide cards until asked again.
