Great of amenities and the staff is awesome. Small comps like headphones in the gym and fresh apples in the common room.

Clean and well maintained. Check in staff was nice and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.

When checking out, the young lady staff was unfriendly and flat faced. The bathroom water was not hot enough.

This was a last minute booking because my other hotel fell through and they were so nice and helpful.

Bathroom door didn¿t close properly. Notified front desk twice but not resolved. Slow housekeeping service. No conditioner filled after front desk notified twice

Lights .. tv did not work needed to get two remotes and the click could not set and most of all the ac/ heating unit . Crazy system that you the client cannot lower or higher . Goes on all night plus the lady put us right next to the equipment room

The room had a crazy amount of stains on the carpet, seriously room 316 and some messed up carpet

It was very clean! Even though the hotel was fully booked, it did not feel crowded. We were able to enjoy the pool without a large crowd and their breakfast was very good!

The pool could have been cleaner. A few dead bugs floating by the edges

Staff could have been more helpful during check in. They would not let my daughter check in without me, even though she was the third person on the reservation.

Super clean, warm, and inviting hotel! Great, big room with very nice bed. Loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast and coffee were so good each morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fitness room was nice too. We can¿t wait to come back!

Toiled not working at check in. Because of our long trip, didn¿t notify staff until the morning, but had to go to front desk twice before it was fixed.

The location is really convenient. The hotel seemed fairly new, or newly remodeled, but had some clear flaws.

The shower was broken and my wife crushed her finger in a poorly adjusted barn door. We filled out an incident report, but The hotel did not change our room, or fix the problems during our stay. I hope that we hear from Hampton out of courtesy soon.

Beautiful, new hotel in a great location with easy access to Lompoc.
