- That it was on the 2nd floor - and very modern looking. Very nicely decorated - and cool
- Amenities around the resort to stay busy during stay
- Truly unique destination in an unique environment. Great place!
Cons -
- The bugs: I had two crickets chirping all night long. When I first checked in, there was a dead cockroach underneath my bed & had housekeeping come to remove it.
- No daily cleaning service. Some of the games around the resort were not available, for example tennis courts had balls but no rackets, had pickleball rackets, but no balls.
- Many things wrong. They launched a new computer system. Staff clearly had no training. "Sorry. We launched a new system today". So what? It doesn't apply to us.Yet we were subjected to bogus billing and had to wait for our room since no one had a clue.
