- I love that the property was super close to the everything in big bear.
- Great grounds. Very clean. Appreciate hot tub is now open in winter also.
Cons -
- We were given an ada room which had a different layout and smaller than the room we previously stayed in. It was snowing during our trip and the area was not plowed regularly and very difficult to get into the garages with the snow pilled up.

Great location.
We were given an ada room which had a different layout and smaller than the room we previously stayed in. It was snowing during our trip and the area was not plowed regularly and very difficult to get into the garages with the snow pilled up.

It was very nice!
Nobody helps you with your luggage and I had to carry it all and had little kids

Up to 3 vehicles are permitted free of charge on site, per reservation. Two must be parked in the garage and one in shared parking lot. The Clubhouse will be under renovation March 1 - May 31. Playrooms and the dining area may not be available during this time. Construction of a new building underway through early 2023. Sights and sounds of construction in progress may be noticed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card.
