- LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, front door leads to lakeside dock & is walkable to shops/restaurants. Spacious, 2 levels with fully-functional kitchen/utensils, 2 TV's/cable, Wi-Fi, lower-level heater & wood-burning fireplace. Easy to text/call off-site staff.
- I liked the location and everything in the room was great. Definitely would stay here again!

- CLEANLINESS IS SEVERELY LACKING! Both beds' sheets & all pillows had human & dog hair left, meaning used linens weren't changed! The pillows are worn & have stains. Couch had bundles of hair/dust behind back cushions. Needs carbon-monoxide monitor.
- The late check in and the room was dirty holes in walls.
