Really nice complimentary breakfast that included hot food (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon) and cold options (cereal, bagels) and beverages (coffee/juice/tea.)

My room keys didn't work the first time. Minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly, respectful and efficient. I would definitely go back. The location was great.

We liked the hotel's clean, quiet rooms, excellent hot water, and delicious breakfast choices (to name a few)

The Location

The room had a strong odor some type of cleaning mold supply smell There are gas in the hallway, talking loud for hours a lot of movement that you can hear through walls all kind of activities, for the price was expecting more quiet

Location just right off the freeway and down the street from the water to walk along the trails and on the peir and orders pizza a street away and really clean well kept area

The location of this hotel is great just above the bay. It's a nice walk and pretty walk down to the bay but U might want to Uber back uphill. I enjoyed food wine and conversation. I also bought a piece of art.

It wasn't the hotel's fault at all but a squirrel's. A Transformer blew and we lost electricity for the day. Was looking forward to watching football but Wales to town instead

It was absolutely beautiful location , staff , the lady upgraded us to a king size room at no extra charge due it being our anniversary shower head was amazing my husband was so excited about he took 3 showers literally 3 we can't wait to go back

It was a beautifully-appointed, modern room; spacious and with a view of the bay. It was a quiet haven to which to return after my bust days. I will definitely stay there again. The desk clerks were friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Laundry facilities. Everything you need. Despite being incredibly full on a Saturday night/Sunday morning- one day after the pge blackout- everyone was Very happy and peaceful

Semi-unsafe area. A little sketchy. A little loud. Some guests drinking in front. I was told to keep watch of my car which was full of personal belongings. Parking is good and well-lit. Could see car from room- No issues. Probably safer than it seems.

The hotel staff twice entered my room after like 2 seconds of knocking, I was in the shower, not cool, and cleaning my room after 4 pm with what looked like a large staff, not really cool.

The hotel has an adequately sized pool and jacuzzi. Both were maintained well and clean each day. The breakfast was well stocked and also staffed well.

The pool/jacuzzi area was accessible without key card. It was obvious that people not staying at the hotel were utilizing the pool, sitting area,& barbecue.The side entrance door was not secure either during certain hours.Security needs improvement.

I checked in very late. The gentlemen behind the counter was very pleasant to talk to. He was very helpful and quickly sent me on my way. He accommodated my family and me in our request. There's nothing bad to say, the staff has everything under control.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. The pricing is very fair. Breakfast was very good and the lady serving the multitude of people was up for the challenge and passed with flying colors. As we walked the halls the staff was very friendly. 👍👍ð

The staff was very friendly and took pride in their different jobs. The room was the cleanest I have stayed in, in years. It was spotless. Everything worked well in the room,very well maintained. It was pet friendly with grounds for a dog to take a walk.

Room was clean and had great extras (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc). Staff was friendly. Conveniently located near 780 freeway.

Full breakfast was not very appealing

I liked that I was able to smoke in my room since it was a smokers room.I liked the coffee maker and bathroom towels and the friendly staff.

The room was very stuffy when we arrived as if the windows were not opened for weeks. Also the description for the room said Queen beds but they were more like Full sized beds.

first they put me in a smoking room, because my res. said so- but I showed them it said non-smoking, she then found a smaller print below saying smoking. It smelled like an old ashtray, the finally placed me is another room, but it was almost as bad

the service was poor, the furniture and carpets were old and nasty, the free breakifst was chorizo & eggs with tortilla, I explained I did not eat meat- "too bad, this is what you get." (I felt like I was in mexico) Took me 15 to figure out the TV,
