First stay, the TV cable was disconnected and no one could fix it. The second stay, the shower handle kept coming off in my hand.

For us the location was great, as we were there for a wedding. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room, the carpet and chair especially felt dirty. Rooms need some updating.

Great staff! Annie in the kitchen area was amazing. Great location with a nice walk to downtown.

Didn¿t like that our room faced the common ground courtyard and we didn¿t have blinds to shut completely so that people couldnt see us.

I liked it because it was really clean and close to the event I was attending. Also I had stayed there prior as well.

My only complaint honestly is the breakfast. I¿ve stayed in dozens of hotels that offer free breakfast and this hotel is one of the worst. The hot food wasn¿t good in particular. The eggs and sausage weren¿t warm they were on the colder side.

I liked the location and the gym.

This was my least satisfying trip. Room had a smoker in it previously, the outlets were all loose so I couldn't charge anything, and they ran out of hot food on the first day. There was another issue but I'll just leave it at this

Location There was no bedbugs at least. Fan on ceiling was nice. The staff was very nice. Sheets were clean.

Small tv We all had black feet from walking on the carpet! Disgusting. Low pressure water They charged us $30 for checking in early with an infant . Never happened to me.

Air conditioning worked

I get into take shower and there¿s no soap or shampoo. I called to front desk and someone brought some to the room

The staff at this hotel was friendly, the location allows easy access to town and the freeway. Our room was spacious and the heating/cooling system worked great. Internet was fast.

The carpets were dirty. We spilled something on the floor, went to wipe it up with a towel and the towel was black from wiping it off the floor. Definitely need a good shampooing or replacing.

The facility was clean, and the workers were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. COVID safety measures in place. Even got to have the breakfast buffet, with workers serving us what we chose to eat in a to-go container. Convenient location.

No pool, but with COVID would not have been able to use one anyway.

Nice location and free parking

There were no cups in the bathroom or an ice container. Also maybe there should be two bars of soap - one for use in the shower and one for hand washing.

Nice room additions, and overall satisfying room.

Blinds would not close all the way, kind of had a musty smell to it. Elevator was extremely slow and parking underground.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. My room was clean as was the whole hotel. The morning breakfast was really good, nice selection . Your employee did a great job of having hot breakfast ready and she was very personable . excellent employee!

Comfortable beds, breakfast in the morning

Went down for breakfast at 9:15 am. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 AM but there was no meat sausage or bacon left and the food was kind of cold which on Christmas day should of been extra good for people without their families. Very disappointed.

Quite. Bed is pretty comfortable.

Internet sucks. Breakfast: the eggs are scary and turkey sausage smells terrible.

I saw a total of three front desk staffs during my stay. No one, not even one, smiled. I feel lIke I was bothering them. Give them works to do.
