I didn’t like that I felt like I had to leave a 5 star review on Google for the hotel before even getting my room key. Room felt like an abandoned halfway house. Mattress felt like it was half the thickness of a rollaway mattress.

I did not like that they checked me out of the room after telling me it was impossible to get a refund. I did not like coming back while I thought I still had the room to find my stuff gathered and bagged like trash behind the front desk.
