Front desk as k were very courteous.

No hot water to take a shower till morning of the 3rd day, but we took a as shower and checked out. Still a good stay . Thank you.

Lots of parking space

No chair or sofa in room

The shower had mold spots. Some of the staff seemed unhappy, possibly overworked.

That they provided a ride to the airport

I Checked in at 3 PM and the room was 59° and the heat was turned off. I turned the heat on immediately to 73°. By 9pm the room temperature had only made it to 67° and the beds were both still icy cold. Turned heat up to 75°. I tried using my heating pad on my back, but my legs were freezing and made me very cold. I Warmed my legs with my heating pad and my back chilled me to the core. By 11:00 the room had only made it up to 70° and the beds were still icy cold!! I finally called the front desk and he brought up a space heater and an extra blanket. I placed it by the side of the mattress and by about 1AM, although the mattress was still cold it wasn't as icey but still too cold to sleep. I finally placed a pillow under my legs and feet for relief and my heating pad under my back and slept some till 3:15am when I had to get up to get ready to go to the airport for an extra early flight. There was no one at the desk at check out so couldn't file a complaint then. I do believe I should be compensated for the lack of preparation of my room and the inability to sleep because of the extreme cold of both beds. I was not given any other options.
