Price, but pay more stay somewhere else

cockroches and super loud traffic. Decided to leave and find another, last time I'll ever consider a super 8 or 6 hotel.

The air conditioning make a bad noise The lady in the reception make me feel unwelcome

Room and grab and go breakfast

Noisy, pool and hot tub were closed.

Better than sleeping on the streets.

The door key took 3 times to get to work. The room was in need of repairs. The door had huge gaps around the frame. The AC unit barely ran. The room smelled of mold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasantly clean. Had very loud neighbors, but I cannot hold that against the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I will frequent this place again

quick check-in, clean and quiet room, fridge, CLEAN coffee maker without coffee residue inside, good room layout, good heater

Suggest providing tea bags also in room. key cards should be marked more clearly how to insert. Spa is advertised -- but spa is unheated, so not actually a spa.

Spa was out of order and the bathroom door jam needed to be repaired, it would not close completely.

Very old run down place with Graffiti in the rooms. And someone keyed my car. I had the worst experience there.

Yes my children got bit up by bed bug. My children are in such pain with the itching they can't scratch my 6 year has it the worst. No seems to care or want to help. Keep in mide my children are ages 6 and 2.

Floors dirty and sticky Linen old & full of holes roaches in the room Shower have lots of fungus Horrible management i was assaulted by the clerk I give my security deposit cash and was not returned to me when i check out until 3 days later

The what I like? Nothing... The bed was to old whit a metal on the bottom. I can mention many complaints. But the most important customer service bad!!! So rude. Make feel like getting everything free or maybe racist.,,,????

I'll not get back at this hotel at all So racist. I pay for a room. I didn't pay to meet rude and racist people....

Close to freeway

Virtually nothing. At least the shower worked.

Worst Super 8 I've ever stayed in. Cigarette burns all over the bed covers. Dirty pillows. Cockroaches, etc.

We had to leave on 06/21/22 son felt ill ambulance took him to hospital. Mgr was very rude, and said we had to leave., said my son was smoking. There no damage to room,, I went in the next day and picked up our clothes and left place clean, no refund!

It smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking room, but I didn¿t say anything!

They met our request to have our room downstairs for wheelchair access and my handicap aunty.

Strong mildew smell in the rooms, bed sheets had several cigarette holes on it, floor was sticky.

Everything..couldn't sleep...too noisey..bad area..no safety locks on door..very unsafe..door damage bumms all night long knocking on doors asking for money...to the point of harrasement...this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

Nothing was as advertised. No breakfast, TV in room did not work, no coffee, broken windows on outside of hotel, loud voices at 4 am.

Didn't like. There was a shooting in the motel owners never said a word to us. We checked out

I liked nothing about this hotel. It needs to be razed.

See above. Absolutely no sound barrier between rooms. Water poured out above the shower head. Sink and tub stained. Doorjamb in bathroom has been used on both sides. This place hasn't been cared for for many years yet you're more than willing to charge

Staff was great. Perfect small breakfast offered. Ice easy to retrieve.

I have to use a cane and should have been given the opportunity to have a ground floor room, however the stairs were manageable.
