Woman at the front desk during check in was very nice and helpful.

The price. The room was old and outdated. Ripped carpet, balcony was in need of repair and was only cautioned by a cone placed in the corner. It appeared not very clean, the topper was the used Qtip that was left on the floor. 😖

The receptionist allowed us to check in our bags early.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. I would like a refund or partial refund.

The shower

2 of the 3 front desk people were rude. Room was on the dirty/broken side. AC was very loud when it turned on and off

They gave us a room upgrade for free and we stayed in additional two nights. It was a very good experience of stuff is very great and I highly recommend this hotel when coming to Catalina.

Staff, very friendly

They did a quick clean that I can tell and there was bugs in the bathroom. No fridge or microwave. For the price we paid there should of been one.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Bait & switch! I booked a Ocean View Deluxe Queen Room. After checking in I had NO OCEAN VIEW! After speaking with the front desk they refused to do anything then set email confirmation adding the word partial view.

Broken lock on door. toilet did not flush. Sheets were stained THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!

Square footage and close to the harbor.

Yes first everything old second the vanity sink clog third the shower not draining water the water stay in the middle of the shower not going to the drainage forth the appliances too old except the refrigerator is the new but the doors open backwards

The view from our deck! Quiet!! Great location!! Staff were attentive and friendly. Overall this place is not worth the price but the view from our suite made up for it.

It is an older hotel and could use a good Spring clean, the sky lights were dirty, and there were spider webs. Balcony from the restroom to the living room didn¿t lock. The kitchen sink faucet sucked and never got hot.

totally misrepresented the room quality and location. website showed and stated rooms with a view and a balcony. our room was in the back of the hotel in a pert under construction. our view was a construction tarp. I felt we were ripped off.

When i spoke to the owner, she said we should feel lucky that our room had a bathroom because there are hotels that dont have one. On her company website it shows a photo shopped room that doesnt exist in this hotel. it really sucks.

It was close enough to town to walk. Clean sheets and a large kitchen with refrigerator. We had 5 people but you could fit 7 easy. It was over 600 ft.

It was old and had carpets that felt sticky and paint that was peeling off the walls.

The room was extremely dated and run down. I have pictures to prove it. Cant believe this place is still open for business and charging $100. TV and phone and wifi didnt work.

The beat part about the Hotel was the Location; it was right off the Main Street.

First room given to me wasn't clean, was then shown two more rooms and the first one of those two had a giant cockroach on the night stand, and the second one of those two didn't have A/C.

The hotel was improperly represented with out dated photos taken a decade ago.

The hotel is run down and in really poor conditions. It was a horrible experience.
