Pros +
- The front desk girl with dimple piercings is very friendly and thinks outside the box. Appreciated her assistance.
- It was centrally located downtown catalina, making it easy to walk every where. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free coffee was nice. It has a very cute look and the fire outside was very nice.
- I loved the location.
Cons -
- The tub stopper did not work. The room was really dark, great for sleeping in but bad to see in the day The bed was really hard and we woke up sore. The free breakfast food was highly processed packaged food. The dish tv had problems displaying tv shows.
- The Room was dark, not clean, loud at night, old and outdated, especially for the price... NOT WORTH IT
- Only suggestion is to clean the bathtub more thoroughly, with lots of mildew buildup in the jets, shower head.

The concierge and front desk were so friendly and the staff were always accommodating. We loved sitting at the fire pit right outside our room.
Only suggestion is to clean the bathtub more thoroughly, with lots of mildew buildup in the jets, shower head.
Staff was very helpful and polite. Bed was very comfortable.
