This property needs at least one million dollars in refurbishment.

Stained pillows, stained mattress and loose toilet seat.

Nice free breakfast spread with hot food, waffles, etc. Room surprisingly quiet, given the location.

Light in the bathroom had a broken switch: on a timer that had a dysfunctional knob. It could be forced to an On or Off position, but it took some work. No elevator. Room was a bit scruffy, but good for one night. I've stayed in worse places...

Was charged 40.00 more than told , would not accept AAA discount, heater in room did not work, staff could not communicate in basic English

It was really nice and clean hotel. The staff were so nice.

Only bad comment is that the remote didn't work very well but overall such an amazing experience

The price was good and the location was where I needed to be.

The bathroom was covered in black mold. The beds were not entirely clean, the TV remote was falling apart and taped together.

Nice toiletries.

The pool was cold and dirty, I had to change my room because the air conditioner sounded like a wind tunnel, and the refrigerator and microwave didn't work. I asked for a wake up call for breakfast on both days and no-one called me on either day!

Nice room, was clean and comfortable. easy on and off the highway is a plus!

Electrical outlets were loose, if you set up a phone charger make sure it comes on. Really not a big deal, but for a few dollars to have an electrician replace the ones that seem to get the most use (like at the desk and bed side areas).

Outside entry door doesn't latch so is unlocked if not physically pulled to lock, no coffee maker in room (even after asking for one), bed is concave & squeaky, shamppo/cond containers in shower empty, dirty drapes, loud A/C

All the rooms are in need of various repairs and general maintenance.

The mini fridge was too loud and I had to unplug it.

Easy access from highway. Quiet location though close to freeway.

Public areas need updating. Curtains in room need replacing. Seem very old. Very difficult to get curtains to close at night and light from parking lot blazes into the room. Rugs look old.

Staff was great

Shower broke twice during our stay and the shower was moldy.

The wonderful lady behind the desk. I got my room and the vent was open to the attic. I asked if I could relocate and she made the transition to a different room seamless and super easy. . Thank you G

I stay here all the time but this time the lady gave me a handicap room that was dirty. I walked in and noticed the windows wide open except it¿s about 38 degrees. Later I noticed underneath the toilet paper roll was a large chunk of dried feces

I could park close to my room.

It was fairly noisy and not very clean. There were items in the room that were broken such as the hair dryer. The hotel staff was not helpful.

I regret to inform you that the hotel staff was not very friendly during my stay. The hotel didn't provide drinking water or replenish supplies during my stay.

I liked that they had a laundry room although it definitely needed to be cleaned. When I went to eat breakfast at 8:00 AM there was no eggs or bacon.

The curtain were shredded and the chair should be taken to the dump.
