The proximity to restaurants and stores.

The room was filthy. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom, nail clippings all over the floor, the bedding was all dirty and/or stained. The deadbolt didn’t work and the door was difficult to lock. The TV didn’t work.

Location, there were plenty of options to eat...and Starbucks was a plus.

The bed was stiff 😩 as a board.

Conveniently located and good price.

Cleanliness of the room and the fact that there was no WORKING hair dryer in the room. The fan in the bathroom was so loud, i felt like an airplane was about to land IN THE ROOM. Also, the toilet got clogged after every single flush.

I got what I expected and paid for.

The room and elevator smelled musty. The bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. Could definitely use new pillows.

yes there were loud people hanging out in the parking lot you could see people going from room to room not a place were we would usally stay

The location

It is filthy! There¿s mold in the bathroom and air conditioner, walls are filthy, microwave has caked on food. The lamp shades are torn and dusty. Even after asking for a cleaner room, it was still very bad.

Not much. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Pool was broken. Shower had mold in all the corners. Stains all over carpet and chair. Furniture was definitely old and worn and had spills on it that hadn't been cleaned up. We didn't eat the breakfast as my family just wanted to get out quickly.

Dirty, run down, mold around bathtub, stained mattress showing through thin sheet, gunk on bathroom door

Spacious

I was very very upset about how gross our entire room was. From the bathroom , to the night stands , to the head boards ,to the walls .. (There was foodon the walls) ¿ Gross!! My family and I will NEVER stay here again. Stay was nice though .

I didn't like finding 7 fully loaded syringes full of heroin in the bedside desk drawer or how poorly the room was cleaned.

It's location. Waffles for breakfast.

The room was a little shabby. Clothes shelf was yellowed with grime. The faucet worked poorly. Some calking was sloppy.

The hotel was available on a last minute search.

The room smelled like smokers had stayed there. The AC did not work properly and is wasting energy. The restroom had some loose tiles in the shower where they could fall. The bathroom water fixture was poorly set and was wobbly when the handle was turned

Location and the price and surprisingly enough there was a full warm breakfast available in the morning. I don't think that always happens but I lucked out

The whole place smelled like cigarettes and BO. But it was quiet the room itself was clean and the location was awesome

Ok hotel. as expected. Just needed a cheap place to stay. People were not particularly friendly and the guests were a little sketchy. Still the room was clean, the ac worked very well, good channel selection on the TV.

A little expensive. I feel a hotel like this used to be <$--- per night, I paid double that.

Price and location were good. The bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was okay.

Needs a deep cleaning; carpets, furniture in the lobby was stained, wipe down lamps, ac, etc. Staff were not real welcoming.

Not a place you want to take your family. Sidewalks are filthy, rooms smell. Will never stay there again.

Staff was nice

Really dirty, sketchy people, air in room was busted real bad so no circulation or a/c. Pool was cautioned off. Really gross place. I had a child with me and it scared us both. No kids should ever stay here.

It didn't burn down while I was there.

The elevator hasn't been inspected since 2019 and it shows. The entire floor we stayed on smelled heavily of cigarettes and Marijuana. Our room was filthy and loud and full of broken fixtures. I would never stay there again.
