The room was comfortable and the shower was great. I appreciate the kitchenette with microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in-room.
I encountered no employees during the stay and obtained the room door code via text. Surprisingly the room door didn't require a code to open! It only locked from the inside. Luckily I only stayed one night!
The views were amazing! It was nice to have a microwave, coffee pot, and fridge w/ freezer. Excellent TV service. Terrific outdoor furniture. Everything was super clean! Loved parking in front of our room and the keyless entry. Geogeous landscaping!
This vintage hotel, which maybe used to be apartments, is rustic and under renovation, so expect floors that need replaced or walls that need painted. We loved it and the tight quarters were fine. The shower drain in #5 needs looked at.
I could easily walk to the tavern and back to the hotel without having to drive.
I had no control over the central heating, but the temperature was comfortable.
Clean and scenic atmosphere next to tavern
Easy convenient check in.
Absolutely nothing.
Gorgeous view
The views from th front and back door are fantastic. The location is perfect.
Very clean
Noise from tavern was too much
The view was amazing!
Spent all evening killing flies in the room!
View from the room was amazing. Very unusual set up. Small but efficient. Small kitchen w coffee maker. Great shower. Good water pressure. Spacious grounds for walking our dog.
Never saw any staff. Overlong didactic online instrx for arrival were disconcerting. Wifi password discrepancy caused some issues initially. The kids in the adjoining room were very loud.
The room was clean, water hot, bed was comfy. The scenery of mountains was beautiful . The staff was helpful and friendly.
The Tavern was closed so no food drink, no vending machines, no convenience store for a few miles. The other tenants felt like they were permanent apartment renters-Im not sure…One tenant had her laundry hanging out the back slider. Didn’t expect the dirt road to get from the highway.
Location and view. It was close to family in Apple Valley but felt like a world away. The view was amazing and loved the secluded feel of Inn.
Arriving. Very dark and during horrible storm. Very confusing to Inn location because Tavern is first place you come to and it's not obvious to Inn driveway. Really glad I had rainboots that night
It was clean and quiet.
I never saw or spoke to a staff member directly.
The staff & owners were very inviting and friendly. The food was enjoyable and more than ample servings. We enjoyed a Beegees tribute band concert one our evenings and it was rowdy and fun. The facility was described as a "rustic road house" which is a perfect description. Great fun I would heartily recommend this venue for a great get away.
Not a thing.
The location ended out being awful. I selected for safety. I ended out not safe.
A bad guest stayed there. I did not know they were a guest at the time. They were outside my door screaming and cussing and trying to get in. I locked myself in the bathroom and called 911, twice. Another guest called 911 too as he was repeatedly getting back in his Tundra and driving donuts near my car. The police came. The bartender came and told me I was safe. That he had too much tequila and was blacking out at the tavern. That he had demons. I could not sleep all night as he was not arrested and was in the room right next to me. When I came out to leave later that morning, he actually came out and apologized. I saw he had hit my new car. He denied it at first. But I showed him the paint transfer and marks on his car. As it turned out he only claimed guilt for part of the damage. His insurance told me I would have to prove the other damage. I had lots of proof and the hotel said they would back me. In the end the hotel went silent too. Terrible experience. How do bad people get away with stuff like this. I won’t be over this stay any time soon. The hotel did reimburse me for the night. But I needed them to come through with the truth on my behalf. Yet, they went silent. I was the one harmed by a bad guest who had too much tequila at the tavern per the bartender. Terrible terrible stay. The offender was a local as it turns out. I don’t know how often they stay there, so I would definitely recommend noone ever stay there or this could happen to you. It was Horrifying.

The room was clean and the hot water felt good.
the rooms were cold, they didn't have a central heat with thermostat in the room, I let them know it was freezing in our room, they said use the space heater, still cold after 1 hr. I also let them know I needed batteries for the remote for the T.v.they said they would try to find someone to bring us the batteries, that never happened. So we couldn't watch TV.They were nice before I got there, letting us know what room my code to get in, we even met the Lady that owns the place very nice, but when they don't care after you get there that is rotten.
