Super 7 Motel - Anaheim Packing District & Disneyland

Room key kept having problems, hot rooms, seems old

Nothing. This hotel was a dump. And we left after being there 3 hours

Room was non smoking yet the bedding reeked like smoke. The heater took 1 hour to get warm. The shower had hair in it. The towels had large stains. The shower had no hot water. This place was a dump. Do not stay here

The room size and location

Towels were tiny and the staff was rude. There was miscommunication in the booking and I had to pay for another person which I did not mind but then he told me checkout was at 11:30. At 10am they called us on check out day and told us to wake up and leav

Nothing the customer service was super bad, I even ask for my money back but the guy didnt want to repay me..

Older hotel but was great location for my needs. It was clean but definitely no frills. For a less expensive place it had a fridge and microwave and the room was big. The a/c was nice and cold.

The bed was a little hard and there was no hair conditioner. The overall look is a bit outdated but was a good value.

Clean room

They didn’t bother to tell us that we would be barricaded in the parking lot for several hours due to a Disney marathon. They lied and said they didn’t know it was going to happen. If I would have known I would have parked a few blocks away. I felt like I had been kidnapped. I had important family matters to attend to and couldn’t get my car out.

I would not stay here...

The microwave didn’t work, bed was super uncomfortable and not enough towels.

My window in the bathroom was broken and it didn’t lock and I stayed there with my 14 year old daughter and I was a little bit scared

Location is excellent for city walking. Lots of shops and eateries in the area including the famous Packing District. The hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly and always helpful.

I couldn't stay longer.

It was clean

Bed was really hard and uncomfortable and the door would not lock they tried to change it but couldn't get it to work so had to move rooms

Close to Disneyland. That’s it.

The staff at first were kind but one man was very rude. Room was somewhat clean but didn’t have any lights like they say they offer. Bed was horrible, bathroom and shower was horrible, and they only give one pillow per person. Also don’t ask for another because they say they will bring one and never come.

Noise from other room

The location, good view, able to view Disneyland fireworks. Convenient.

Lousy job keeping up with the place, shower head was held together by tape and horrible water flow, so uncomfortable and inconvenient especially for a long stay. When asked to switch room, the employee find random excuses and said will keep me notified once someone leaves, witnessed multiple people checked out and left however was never accommodated. Employee at front desk gets annoyed and have attitude when asked for any accommodations. HORRIBLE service and equipment. HORRIBLY hard to get out of the parking lot due to cars parked along the side of the road, terrible blind spots.

Not good at all staff rude

Staff rude and has Bugs in the bed when I didn’t even open the blankets yet it was gross

Can hear people walking around in above room, refrigerator very noisy, leaving parking lot very difficult due to not being able to see past parked cars to get out!

The rooms looked very modern and nice.

The bed hard as rock, the parking lot was WAY to close and almost impossible to get out from the parking lot without hitting a car or bumping in to something.

Great customer service by the Indian guy attending!!

The bed was AWFUL, I felt like I was sleeping on a Board or Slab Sheet!!!!
