TownePlace Suites by Marriott Anaheim Maingate Near Angel Stadium

The bedsheets and comforter were damp, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. It seems that the housekeeping staff didn?t replace them with fresh ones, but instead just sprayed and cleaned the ones used by the previous guest. Really upset.

Kitchen amenities in the room

Hotel under renovation. The breakfast food was not very good. Housekeeping skipped our room. Cleaning sponge for the dishes not provided.

I was pleasantly surprised on how beautiful the rooms were renovated. I work in construction so the construction activties and/or work did not bother me. But my room exceeded my expectations.

It would have been nice to see signs that indicated the construction work. "Please excuse our construction mess" or something like that. Even though it was obvious.

New and improved room

Noisy in the morning coz of construction in the main building. Couldn?t sleep in. Messy floors. A/C was not cooling the whole room. Still felt hot. Door was hard to open. Had to push down hard.

The staff

Filthy carpets, horrible beds and pillows. Toilet overflowed.

Location was good. It was next to a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The room smelled musty at times. The breakfast was not that great. The elevator stopped working, making checkout difficult. Had to bring suitcases and things down 2 flights of stairs.

The manager and the staff. Great customer service. Always smiling and be professional to the customers.

The location is close to Disney

Parking is tight. Room was never cleaned in 6 days of our stay.In our room we found weed joints on the counter and fridge. Our room smelled funny the entire time. I asked a maid for towels and TP 4hrs later I went to office to get it myself .

Strong mold smell in the room which made me cough the whole night. Smell of urine ion the room. Stains on couch, carpet, and curtains. Sofa bed mattress was so thin you felt rod stabbing you in your back.

Outdated and kind of dirty. The curtains were ripped, the phone was yellow, the bathtub was old and dirty looking. Room AC was old and LOUD.

The location near all the freeways, free breakfast free parking a kitchenette walk to Angel Stadium.

The hotel was rated 2 1/2 star. I would give it a 3 star rating..

2 bedrooms and full kitchen with utensils

Mildew in the bathroom. Visible cracks on the walls and picture hanging

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was somewhat clean, no hair conditioner in the bottle in the bathtub area, bathroom floor wasn't wash, an old hair pin and hair behind the bathroom door. It definitely needs an update, slow draining sink, but overall it needs some TLC

I can¿t believe this hotel is part of the Marriott brand. I understand that all hotels age and look dingy before getting an update, but this hotel was falling part.. Carpet was dirty and pulling up from floor corners; furniture was old; bad smell; AC loud

Room smelled, stalled air and there was mold in bathroom ceiling.

Very quiet cozy comfortable hotel away from the kiss me resort area.

Wish they had a bigger continental breakfast. More variety kind of the same stuff every day.

Price and room size. Nice set up.

The general manager was not an asset to this hotel. Ivan was snooty and unwilling to match prices with 3rd party applications. His arrogance was demeaning and rude. Replace with one that is hospitable, professional

The location to The Grove At Anaheim was perfect! I was able to walk to the Kim Hyun Joong concert.

It could use a little updating but otherwise it was all good.

Location was walking distance to many restaurants, shopping areas & stadium. Rooms very clean & well maintained. Price was great! Very satisfied with this hotel. Will stay here again.

I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel.
