Breakfast and the water slides

The staff was rude.

It was dirty, staff was not helpful could not be contacted, dirty hallways with this up soaked towels.

The room was nice big and updated, everything worked great

Only two staff members we nice and helpful during our 4 day 4 night stay. A staff member that delivered our room service and the parking lot security was friendly. All the other staff we encountered was rude and did not want to help with anything.

Good location, near restaurants and Target

Old, bathroom needs remodeling, shower leaks water.

Check in process- I was told my room was not ready and they would call me. No call was made. When I reattempted to check in, room was very much ready. But I had to wait for over 30min.

Clean, the room felt new

Towels could have been nicer but I can imagine with all the families coming through that could be a lot.

Staff went through our suitcases and took meds, room toilet clogged MULTIPLE times, towels werent refilled and when we called to ask for some they brought up only washcloths TWICE and we had to go to the desk for them.

Pool area was great.

This hotel does not vacuum. I did not hear or see anyone vacuuming the entire five days I was there. The carpet was not clean. I would expect that, at this rate, this hotel will go downhill within a year or two. Also, breakfast was crazy in the mornings!

Unfortunately yes! The check in was long waits and late check in. Pool area was a mess. The room was semi clean, towels were very rough, kitchen was bare. Most hotels with kitchenettes have utensils and dishes. Breakfast was chaotic, layout does not flow

The pool are was amazing.

Our room was next to a maintenance area, so we could hear a dryer squeaking and thumping every twenty minutes starting at 2am. An electrical outlet next to the bed clicked all night long. The water pressure was horrible and turns off every few seconds.

Both the breakfast buffet and the front desk staff were amazing!

The carpet in the room needed a good cleaning or to be replaced. Most of the room was cleaned well. However, the drawers looked like they had not been wiped clean for a while, and the ice container was quite dirty on the inside.

Great check in. Nice outside area.

The breakfast buffet. Constantly out of things and plates and silverware. Food was not great

The free breakfast was a joke. Everything was cold, coffee was terrible the only plus side was the waffle station

This hotel is super clean, location is great! Breakfast is wonderful! Pool and splash pad are wonderful even movie night at the pool was amazing ?

I had to pay extra $100 plus extra when I got to the hotel for parking

Location is excellent

The stuff was rude and they insisted in charge me xtra charges for 2 things then the room they give us is super noisy we don?t rest
