Breakfast, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, clean, everything looked new

Parking cost, pool area was very small

Loved the staff, at the front desk was amazing and will be the reason we come back every time we go to Disney. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well. The breakfast was very health oriented which we liked.

Cleanliness and convenience

Our room was changed without notice. I booked a larger room and got the smallest room for 5 people. Due to ¿maintenance issues¿ I didn¿t find this out until I got up to the room with all my baggage and had to come down and talk to front desk.

Breakfast was wonderful, parking was easy and staff was kind. Rooms were very comfortable

There was a party above us and it seem to take the hotel a long time to shut it down . Lost sleep due to that but would absolutely stay here again.

Lobby was beautiful, breakfast was great. Reasonable walk to Disney. Staff was wonderful.

Room wasn¿t as clean as expected, shower amenities were empty and the noise from the neighboring rooms was so loud, hard to sleep from the noise

They overbooked us and did not have room our first night, no housekeeping, rude staff.

Location!!

Definitely a staffing issue with the cleaning crew. We had to wait almost 2 hours past check in time to receive our room and during our 5 night stay our room was not serviced even once¿

Awesome location, great customer service, suite was amazing! Loved that we were able to walk from the park and take a break during the day. Breakfast is a plus, overall experience was wonderful!

Location was easy to walk to Disneyland

Housekeeping never made the bunk beds and didn’t restock all four towels/washers/hand towels each day. Also there were no black tea bags for four days as they had run out

The best thing was the breakfast and breakfast staff. The room looked good from the pictures and was a good layout with enough space. There was a microwave and fridge.

No way to air out the rooms. Would have been nice to at least crack the window. There are many hotels that have that capability, this 5 story one does not. I asked a question to the clerk, said they didn't know and that was it, should have said they doesn't know but would find out. The room was dusty and dirty with hairs on the bunk beds bedding and stains on the sheets. We also saw behind the couch had something funky on the floor. The bathroom lock was loose. In that room it was hard to sleep not only with the crazy loud freeway noise, but there were loud sounds of someone running back and forth above us. Which lasted beyond midnight, surprisingly. The walls are thin, could hear some couple arguing. For the price we paid, I would expect better.

The room was clean and appeared as though it had been upgraded.

The parking situation. The front desk clerk told us to park along the red curb, where one shouldn't park in the event of a fire, since there weren't any open parking spots. My husband is a fire fighter and even if he wasn't, we still wouldn't have parked in the fire lane.

Great location, close to Disneyland walking distance, extremely clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Family suite was perfect for all 7nof us! Will be back again forsure:)

Nothing I didn't like.

Room was large, clean with great views. Reception was helpful with any questions including Disney. Breakfast was the best we had staying 5 weeks over the west coast of states…… breakfast selection was fantastic (couldn’t fault). Walk to Disney was about 15-20 mins flat easy walk. Lastly, close to the highway but noise was not an issue - couldn’t hear at all.

Parking was a little pricey addition with no other option

The rooms are simple and clean.

I didn’t like that I was charged a parking fee and had never been charged one on previous stays. I didn’t like that I had to put a 200$ deposit down as well when getting there that I had no idea about and also didn’t have to do that the previous times I stayed there. Front desk was rude. Toddler peed my bed and no one came to change it even asking for fresh sheets. Never came. Left one day early, didn’t expect the refund so not the issue but could not stay one more day. Breakfast was also lacking this time. I’ve stayed 2x before this and it was great not sure what happened.

The location is great, it's very close to Disneyland, I liked the cleanliness.

The best are not comfortable at all, they sink a lot, and it would be great to have more variety at breakfast.

I loved the room, the staff, the breakfast options.

Every morning and night it sounded like a bowling ball was dropped and was rolling. IThe first night we got there the fire alarm started going off in our room for no reason. I Cc called and they turned it off almost right away then came to personally check on us.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good service during our stay

The amount of waste in plates and cutlery, coming from New Zealand we are not used to this as single use items are not used on an everyday basis. It would be nice if we came back, to see that this has changed.
