they charged me over $1000 for incidentals when they said it would be a $250 dollar charge

I was given an expectation that early check in should be available over the phone before I arrived. Then when I arrived it was not, and one of the people at check in wasn't super helpful about it.

Customer service was wonderful! Location was great for Disney. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff accommodated all needs. Free hot breakfast, yes please!! Parking was easy. Overall top notch for the price. Will be back for sure.
We like that there?s a CVS attached to the hotel and the bunk beds for the kids separated from the adults beds.
The furniture are a little old and run down, the room is a little small for a family and it?s a bit of a walk to the park.

Bed was uncomfortable and the walls are thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors and outside.

It¿s location and the sofa bed. That allowed my brother and I to sort of sleep in separate rooms. It was a great room.

Breakfast was great but crowded. They shut down exactly at 9:30. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. There can be homeless between the hotel and gate but no safety issues. Kids loved the bunk beds. 2nd stay. Both good experiences.
