The location is great! There are many stores and restaurants close by and just a few minutes walk to the parks which we loved!

The floor in the room was dirty. It turned the soles of our feet black.

A few minute walk to Disneyland

Ceiling paint peeling, door gaps you could see light when closed, desk chair pad was ripped and stained, blood on sheets, AC units were very old very noisy

Close to Disneyland, price was great and actually looked decent inside

Room size was nice.

Hot water was in short supply in the evening couldn't get 1/2 a tub full before it turned cold, had to go the home depot to buy an inexpensive bathtub plug, one in the tub did not work. Cleanliness? old sock under the bed and dusty, Bathroom so so.

Very dirty room. No hot water or sudden cold water. Gap in baseboard. Weird wall panel. Cigarette hole on sheet. Thin walls. Hair and toothpaste in sink. Musty smell. Dirty spots on walls, lamp shade. No usb ports. No coffee in room. DON’T DO IT!

Parking Included and Close to the Park

I was not happy that a Resort Fee was charged when I checked in and not included in the room rate on the site.

Room was great, clean, walking distance to Disneyland and dining, shops!

There was no information about bus transportation . It'd be good to have basic information about taking the bus locally, to airport, schedule and fare. Just basic.

The only thing good thing of this hotel is the location.

Front desk office smell like sewer, Old building. Thin walls, you hear the conversation of next door guests.. Ceiling inside our room had holes, wood floors had cracks, a/c -heater device extremely. noisy. toilet didn't flush.

Free parking

AC smelled like urine. Electrical outlets falling out of wall. Wallpaper falling down. No place to plug in your items in the main room. Water leaks/stains on walls. SKIP IT! It¿s not worth the money you will save!

One room with a king bed, and one room with a queen bed

The distance to Disneyland

Lack of customer service and we had 5 people in our room and only two towels each day¿ we kept having to ask for more¿ if they know there are that many people in the room they should put the right amount of items needed for everyone

Location, Free parking, Price compared to other motels near Disney. Staff was nice but not helpful.

Floor was sticky and very dirty. Black mold around window. Exterior threshold between bath and hall. Terrible WI-FI No coffee in room. No charging outlets for phones.

I like the space and that it was close to Disneyland

What I didn¿t like it was not that clean and that I pay for 3 days and when I check in they charge me more and didn¿t return my money back also parking lot was a mess I don¿t think I would stay there again

Doors only had handle lock and felt vulnerable. People smoking pot outside and room was in need of some updating.

The beds fit our needs

that we were on the 2nd level with no elevator and We had to load/unload our car with our stroller and stuff for Disney every morning/night. Very inconvenient. lack of seating in the room, There was 5 of us and only 1 chair. Also only 3 towels for 5.

Room was clean and staff were very accommodating. Location was close to convention center.

Since the hotel is located next to a major street and our room was facing directly towards the street, the night traffic which was heavy and noisy made it difficult to get a good night¿s sleep. Would been better to have a room further away from street.

The price I paid for the room I got was excellent. The short walk to Disneyland saved us $30 in parking fees.

Getting charged a $25 extra fee for our other car and another $10 for a city tax. Just have one price! Have all of the fees included in the original price shown. This goes for all hotels.

Close to Disneyland. Fairly friendly staff.

Cleanliness was lacking.

It was a pretty standard hotel room. The bed was soft as were the pillows. The pool and jacuzzi were very well maintained. It smelled clean in the room. The air conditioner and heater worked fine. It was a pretty large hotel room with plenty of room.

There wear some spots where the wallpaper had been torn. And also the furniture was a bit dinged up. Also, there were not many dresser drawers for storing clothes. But other than that, it was a decent room.
