Comfort Inn Anaheim Resort

The bed and the pillows were great.

They charged a resort fee yet no resort. The fitness room was very poor 3 pieces of equipment and not good at that. The hot tub wasn’t working during stay. Even at that the hotel was not a resort.

Location to amenities. Beds were comfortable and plenty of parking.

There’s not really anywhere to put your clothes. Not all clothes can be hung in a closet and for a family of three there’s just not enough room. So we just kept everything in the suitcases.

The breakfast was nice to have before going to Disneyland.

The hot tub was out of order and looked like a cesspool. The hotel charged me for a resort fee at check in ($--- x 2 rooms) this was already paid during the original booking.

Very kind and always helpful people! Clean and comfortable! Coming from out of town, they were cheerful and friendly too!

Everything I walked in. Everything was clean, smell good organize the gentleman behind the counter that help me. I believe hotel employee super informative pleasure to work with.

My room was next to the odd ramp so at times it was a little noisy,

We check in around midnight and front desk staff were nice and helpful.

Great location near Disneyland and super friendly staff. Free breakfast was a nice bonus.

Maybe it was just our room but there was very little water pressure for the shower.

Slow elevator, was repaired during my stay.

Breakfast was fine. The service was not quick enough so they constantly ran out of ¿A¿ items.it¿s about 1.5 mile walk to Disneyland.

The afternoon front desk agent was rude and had too much attitude. She was clearly unhappy to be working. Don¿t be in customer service if you are not a friendly person.

Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean.

Hotel is near entrance to expressway, a bit noisy. Older air conditioner made a lot of noise. They were painting the building on the outside when we stayed so side entrance was closed and you had to walk around the building with suitcases to parking lot.

The hotel is very closed to the Disneyland Park , there's several restaurants close by

the only thing I didn't like was that the swiming pool would close too early

The hotel had a hidden resort fee of $23 for the entire stay. I really don¿t like these hidden fees and it¿s ridiculous to say that it¿s a Resort fee as this hotel is the farthest thing from a resort. After 8 PM, you have to enter through the front doo

close to freeway and plenty of eating places. walking distance to Disneyland.

Great location. The hot breakfast was tasty. They even had adjoining rooms for us with our kids. Very close to Disney. Great stay.

Front desk guy was odd! Breakfast was lacking, worst toasters ever!

Staff were nice, friendly and informative. Rooms were clean and in excellent condition. Natural light in the bathroom and additional vanity mirror attached to the wall was a nice plus and convenience.

Only downside was the shower, coffee and tea. It appeared water would seep through the tub after a shower even with curtains inside the tub causing a puddle by the toilet. It was also interesting that the coffee and tea were at the bottom of the TV.

Friendly staff, close to Disney, great free breakfast, free parking, easy checkout, rooms felt nice and very pretty!

We felt that the pool closing at 8pm was very lame. Most pools close at 10. We barely got to enjoy the pool and didn¿t get to enjoy the hot tub at all.
