I could not park early. I had to pay to park somewhere else then move the car and pay again to park at the hotel. Next time I will not arrive early

Unbeatable location right across from the Disneyland property entrance! Super friendly staff and great breakfast, too.

Rooms were a bit humid and the views were not exactly scenic. But they were cleaned well everyday and pleasant overall!

Location, clean newer towels, and breakfast.

Dirty old carpet, worn out bed linens, and lumpy bed mattresses.

Experienced a terrifying incident the first night- a gunshot just outside the hotel when I was getting a food delivery n the lobby. Super scary experience for my family -and we didnt feel comfortable leaving our room the first day. Wont book again\

Just across the street from Disneyland makes this the perfect location. Great (and free) breakfast option.

If your room is close to the main road, then you'll be hearing the traffic of both the vehicles and the Disney visitors.

The staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful and welcoming. Delicious and convenient breakfast. The adjoining ‘mini suite’ rooms were ideal for our large, multigenerational family with just enough space plus togetherness. When I had an issue (something totally out of their control) the manager Jackie extended so much kindness and extra effort, really infusing our whole stay with that ‘celebrate happy’ caring vibe that we love most about a Disney vacation!

Nothing, all was just perfect for us.

Specifically booked for the pool and jacuzzi and it was closed without warning or notice.

The hotel was really close to disneyland and the rooms are a good deal. The free breakfast was great, they have a wide variety of food and friendly staff.

The staff from the office to the housekeepers were teh friendliest I have met in a long time. Everyone was helpful and went beyond to make sure we were okay with some limitations due to accessibility with a wheelchair user. I could not have been more impressed.

Accessibility issues with very narrow pathways. No room if there was a cleaning cart or scooter left in the walkway to get the wheelchair past for access to the one elevator. The beds were not comfortable, however, the rest of the room was great. Super large, especially with a wheelchair in the room.

Parking was easier than I expected. It's literally across the street from Disney Parks. Remarkably quiet. Plenty of room for the five of us. Chilly AC. Free breakfast. Fully staffed and the manager complimented my shirt.

Stayed two nights, didn't have any issues.

Location was Perfect for a Disneyland stay. Breakfast was okay-would have liked to have a gluten free bread option.

Location was fantastic, could have had different things to eat in the morning besides eggs, waffles, pancakes. Maybe french toast, maybe more things to go with the eggs, like onions, tomatoes, maybe cantaloupe for the fruit, or honey due.Plan on staying again next time we go to Disneyland.

Great location, the closest hotel to disneyland, just across the street. We even got to see the fireworks from our room!Breakfast was ok. Would have liked vegetables, but otherwise was fine.We liked the room.

Parking 20$ a day was only dislike.

Love the proximity to Disneyland. It makes it nice to not have to worry about tram schedules or long walks back to our room if we needed. We haven’t stayed here in quite a while, and the room remodel design is very nice! Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

I don’t like that they charge for parking. We typically stay at a neighboring property that doesn’t charge for parking or hassle paying guests about vacating their parking spot by check out time on the day of their departure. They were fully booked for one of the days we were staying which is why we stayed here again this visit.

Hard to park larger vehicles.

The location to Disneyland is fantastic!! You walk from the hotel to the traffic light out front, across the street to Disneyland. So easy and convenient!The front office was very nice and explained all the charges about the parking. Only one car per room and the additional cost of parking after 3:00 on checkout day.

The A/C unit was a bit loud.
