Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn

Everything! I've stayed at the other hotels, in the area, but none have the excellent quality and care that this hotel brought and delivered!

Nothing! This place had everything...easy parking (not unlike next door at the Del Sol)...I got reception for my phone (unlike The Desert Inn where I couldn't get reception which made it hard for me to turn on the TV)

Excellent breakfast- clean-excellent location - I felt safe here

Could hear kids running- ther guests walking- banging around because I was on bottom floor

The location was perfect walking distance to the gate. The staff was beyond professional, courteous and very helpful. The cleaning staff went above and beyond cleaning our room.

Wifi is slow

The hotel is in a fantastic location (literally across the street from Disneyland). It was clean, the staff was friendly. Obviously at this time some amenities have been sacrificed (like breakfast). But this is to be expected.

The only real issue we had is that for a room with two queen beds it was the smallest room I've ever been in. There was maybe 5 feet more than needed to fit 2 queen beds. And they had to fit a nightstand and two chairs and a table.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our deadbolt not working and they immediately fixed it.

Seals on door and windows were non-existent. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were too small. Property layout inconvenient, ice and pop machines only on 1st floor.

Walking distance to Disneyland. Room was very clean. The window shutters gave it a nice touch. Staff was very nice and professional. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Parking can be tough its a small parking lot.

Breakfast roomis very clean and well stocked. Appreciated housekeeping and trusted that they cleaned the room well, even though the conditions of the room were unacceptable. They are in the process of replacing the beds and furniture, which will help.

Rooms are being renovated but the building has maintenance issues. Old, loud air conditioners. Moldy odor. Broken sink drain assembly, broken shower handle, and tub that barely drained.

The staff was very good at their job, treated us well, good breakfast, great location for entry to Disneyland. Pluse had resturants near. We were treated very well

The additional fees which jumped our room cost from the expected $-- up to ---. Of course expected a tax but not $32.00

The location is awesome. It was great you can leave your car there till 6pm the next day, which is awesome. The rooms are small, but you really just use them to sleep because you are mainly at Disneyland.

Location is awesome (5min walk to Disneyland entrance) and our kids loved the buffet and heated pool! The rental Scotter threw the hotel is a must and awesome deal!!

The ease of access to Disneyland, restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping was all that I could have ever expected. I will definitely return to this hotel. This hotel is better than all the 4 star hotels I have stayed.
