Best Western Courtesy Hotel – Anaheim Amusement Park

Very clean

I am not a fan of Best Western mattresses. They are very soft and I feel Like I am falling into a hole No matter what position I lie in.

Close proximity to Disneyland. Free breakfast. Overall price, size of room. Room size and amenities.

No bathtub. Only one nightstand in the room.

Clean Rooms, Friendly Front Desk Staff, Breakfast was pretty good and included eggs, sausage, and waffles. Exactly a 25 minute walk from hotel to the Disney Monorail Station where security checks and lines are non-existent.

I didn't mind it, but the fireworks are being launched close to the back of the hotel so it is extremely loud and like a warzone from 9:38pm til 9:48pm! Great view of the fireworks though.

3 Beds Room was clean

Shower was very low pressure and parking

the noise. Its on a very busy street.

The rooms were clean and well lit, the front desk was fantastic.

Ended up next to an obnoixous nieghbor that made the connecting doors miserable. I do think they're important for families, just sucks when you've got rude neighbors

The water and breakfast had protein

The pool area needs to be relocated or closed off for guest that wants to swim without people in traffic seeing them in their swim attire.

Everything was as described. However what I liked the most was their customer service the staff was great . What stood out for me the most was Brittany at the front desk very attentive, helpful for my and family needs went above and beyond.

Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Clean room and facilities. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect! The room was fine, too.

Check-in was 3PM, and I ended up waiting a half hour for the room to be cleaned. I wouldn¿t have minded that, but then as soon as I walked into the room, there was a dying roach. That made me cringe.

It was close to Disneyland. The continental breakfast was enough to get us started with our day. The three queen bed room was enough for me and my four teen/adult children. The location isn¿t far from other fast food restaurant and close to Albertsons.

I felt that it could use a little make over. The shower looks nice but you can tell it was done quick and sloppy. We were on the 3rd floor and the window opened all the way, which was nice, but didn¿t have a screen. Kind of scary.

It was fine. Basic hotel near Disney.

Our bathroom door didn¿t close all the way.

Walking distance about 40 minuets to Disneyland. We were able to park the car in parking lot prior to checking in and also able to leave our car after checkout so we could enjoy the park. The staff was very nice.

The room was not clean. Bathroom had hair in shower from previous guest and sheets had old stains on them. Dust on fixtures. The mattress where uncomfortable and old. Over all the room was / felt dirty.

They have all the basics and you can see Disneylands nightly fireworks!

The only thing we were looking forward to was the hot tub that was closed.

Location to Disneyland.

Hated the AC unit located in the bathroom area. Couldn't get the room cooled down.

Extremely clean, well-run. Everything worked!

It can be very noisy. Just yards from a major street. Bring ear plugs!

The bed was amazing

I thought it was a 4☆ hotel. It was more like a 2☆ The elevator was vandalized and sketchy. I took the stairs. No batteries in either remote. No coffee cups. Room was not cleaned while I was out because they didn't know which way the sign was facing.

I like bestwestern period. Always have and hopefully always will, although I didn't stay for breakfast, it's usually really good.

I didn't like how the toilet didn't work right, at one point I had to turn the water off at the base of toilette so it would not over flow .

Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was VERY noisy. People were talking/screaming loudly for a long time in the outdoor seating area but the hotel management didn’t do anything about it. Very disappointing. Also, this is not the hotel’s fault, but traffic noise was loud at night.

Check-in staff  was awesome clean and attentive

The first room we checks in water didn't work at least the hot water but the hotel staff quickly remove this to a new room where everything was absolutely perfect
