free breakfast at dennys - but i feel it was added into the price as the room was higher than the place I stayed the prior 2 nights checkout at noon

did not have outlets for cell phone cords at nightstand - noisy people upstairs floors thin -

It was clean and the room was spacious.

There was water spilled on the floor of the elevator. I stopped by the front desk to let them know. The woman at the front desk was typing. I stood in front of her waiting for her to acknowledge me. She said, "yes?" without even looking up! Rude.

Air conditioner was so loud we couldn?t watch tv or sleep with it on , saw a few large cockroaches in the room , we ended up changing hotels

The parking, and amenities

The fact that the fire alarm kept going off all night. Complained to office, sent maintenance out changed battery, still went off. Got 4hrs sleep.

The location to Disneyland and the shuttle were perfect. The ART shuttle pickup is right in front of hotel and the route is short and quick compared to Harbor line.

The outlet for our refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot was not working and we had to plug them in in various places around the room. My room key also kept deactivating. Luckily the 2nd key worked

Upon arrival host wanted to charge for parking even so parking should be free. Housekeeping service is once every three days. AC in the room very loud and doesn't cool room well. Hot tub wasn't clean and over treated with chlorine.

The hotel was an older style 2 story building that I could park in front of my room. It was close to Disneyland and resturants.The lady that checked me in was very helpful and friendly.I had 4 rooms for my family. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was great! Walking distance to Disneyland.

No hot water our first day. Had to take cold showers. Very noisy, other guests, neighboring businesses.

It was within walking distance of downtown Disney which my family loved!

It looks run down. The hotel room is nothing to be desired. The hotel room shower had very poor water pressure and as soon as you turned on shower the tub filled up with water. It was pretty nasty. Free breakfast was a joke!

Only the location.

Hotel was dirty, breakfast was like a kindergarden field trip snack in a small paper bag, they didnt clean the room, front desk employees were rude. I do not recommend this hotel.

night manager was not in office at time we needed help, had to call hotel to get help keys would not open door to room

it was in a good area where we needed to be convenient location

did not like the last night of our stay our keys to the room were deactivated got in from Disneyland about midnight and there were no associate available in the office had to call the hotel directly after the phone ringing a lot someone finally answered

I like that it has a voucher to eat at Denny's....super convenient.

Sink did not drain AT ALL. We had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth. We got in too late to call maintenance.

Staff was very friendly. Basic accomodations that will meet your needs while going to Disney.

Hotel advertises a breakfast but they actually just give you two vouchers to Denny's even though we had three people. Pool and got tub were closed.

Low cost but not low value. Great option for those on a budget, and/or just want a clean place to sleep near Disneyland. Staff was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Not a huge negative but we wish the free breakfast coupon for Denny's covered more than just two people.

Pretty clean. Good location to disney land. Free parking. Free breakfast at denny¿s next door. Pretty comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but good place for a short stay.

Hi, the deal I contracted was different from the one assigned, the hotel did not have a doble room available thah I requested. They gave me separate rooms and smaller beds. Thanks

The room was clean when we arrived and everyone was very friendly.

Housekeeping was suppose to refresh the room and towels every three days but by the fourth day they still hadn¿t come so we had to ask at the front desk but it still took another 24 hours for them to come. The fridge made a loud clacking noise when it ran

Nice hotel. Near Disneyland. Restaurant next door. An older motel but well taken care of. Rooms very modern.

Could have used at least one room freshen during the four nights we were there.
