    Pros +

    • Location to Disneyland
    • Walking distance to Disney.
    • This was my second time staying at the Grand Legacy. It’s about 5 minutes from Disneyland, making it one of the best options if traveling to the parks. The staff were very kind and helpful. I didn’t have any bad experiences with any staff member. The rooms were very clean. I stayed in a standard room and deluxe room during my stay and I would say both were very spacious.

    Cons -

    • NA
    • Noisy in the mornings. thin walls
    • Beds are very uncomfortable. Room are very far back in the property making the walk sometimes feel doubled in distance.

There are so many things about this hotel that make it worth a stay. For one, proximity to the cross walk for Disneyland is awesome. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the front gate! Also, you can park before check in, there is parking lot security, nice pool, magic key parking discounts and super kind and accommodating front desk staff. Our room was the smallest possible double room in the last spot next to the laundry room, and it was quiet and totally functional if you plan to be at the parks most of the time. We even had special treats waiting for us at check in. For a value hotel, Grand Legacy checks all the boxes!

Proximity to front gate is very easy. 5 minute walk.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Room are very far back in the property making the walk sometimes feel doubled in distance.

Room was disgusting definitely not worth no $300 a night. Safe was great but room is a major down fall.

My room felt very dingy and dirty. Especially for pay $300 should be a lot better

Location is perfect for walking to Disneyland. Parking was a reasonable price compared to other options in the area and allowed to park early on check-in day. Room was clean. Price was competitive.

    Very close to the park

    Loud, uncomfortable beds

    10PatriciaPosted on: 2-16-2026

Great proximity to the parks and very convenient with the eateries and convenience stores nearby. The team of staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.

    Staff and cleanliness.

There is a bar attached called Studio 5 . We paid for the suites (3) and it was so loud until after 1:00 am that the windows and walls shook . We had kids crying unable to sleep because of the music . The bass was so incredibly loud. . We stayed 4 nights sat-weds. Then in the morning they dragged tables and chairs across the floor that would wake all of us up . Louder than you could tolerate!! It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! We had never experienced anything like it . We asked for different rooms and they said none were available. We paid good money for the views of the park and extra room with the suites . We had saved for a long time and It was absolutely a waste of our vacation money . Our 4 kids in 2 different rooms were in tears from being so tired . We were all affected by this . The worst experience all of us have ever had. Do not book if you want to sleep at night or pass 8 in the morning. The staff said it would be quieter during the week , but the music was just as loud until 10 pm . If you enjoy rest , sleep , and some down time this is not the place. 2 rooms were on the 4 th floor and 1 on the second floor. It was almost equally as loud . Terrible ! I have never written a bad review until now . So disappointing.

The location to the park was of course easy.

Our room smelled like mold and had a musty feel to it. At one time, I went back and grabbed a sweatshirt to go take it to my son, and when I handed it to him, you could smell the musty smell from our room in his clothes. We stayed for three nights and for $1000. It was definitely not worth having my clothes smell the way they do now that I’m home. Overall comfort of the room was tiny and crammed. So again the overall value was not up to standards. This is what I expected to stay at a motel.

Extremely close to Disneyland! Samantha in the front desk was wonderful and so helpful! We will definitely stay again!

The location to the park and restaurants.

The rooms weren't what we expected. The pool is definitely NOT heated!

    5LouisePosted on: 2-3-2026

The room was lovely and clean and it’s really close to the park.

We had received a phone call the day of our stay to say we had been “upgraded” for free which we were obviously delighted by. But when we got to the property we discovered that we had been put on the ground floor at the front entrance to the complex. It was very loud all night and felt like much less of an upgrade. In fact, had we stuck to the original room it is almost guaranteed that we would have had a quieter room.

    fantastic location, staff fantastic

The room looked a lot older than in photo's and the air con was pretty loud when on

    10JeriPosted on: 2-2-2026

The location to Disneyland, the amazing ladies at the front desk on 1/27-1/29/26

    4CherylPosted on: 2-2-2026

It was close to Disneyland and the start line of the RunDisney 10k.

Bed was hard, bathroom sink backed up; room was really dark; you could hear everything outside (not well insulated?); housekeeping started at 7am very loud; property was dark; front desk staff were not friendly; bathroom walls were stained

Excellent location, room was clean and quite comfortable.

We had a ground level room, which was extremely noisy. On our first morning a truck was unloaded six feet from the door to our room. OK it was 9am but we were jet lagged after a long flight. The hotel did not serve breakfast and the bar wasn’t available because the hotel was hosting a convention.

    1JamiPosted on: 1-30-2026

The location is all from this stay.

We had a horrible stay Pool cold Room was dirty. Never gave us room service when we had asked. Put us in a room that was awful with noise from their workers storage room. And next to garbage cans that was picked up at 4am an 6 am. Every morning. Wouldn’t change our room. Was no help to our friends that had a death and had to leave. Help at desk was rude
