Club Wyndham Dolphins Cove Resort

Location to convention center.

We ordered a 1 bedroom with separate bathroom entrance. Floor plan showed this but when we got to hotel the staff said one was not available. You had to enter bedroom to get to bathroom. Not good as two men sharing apt. For conference. Unhappy!

Location/distance to Disneyland, amenities, gate

No vent in the bathroom only a window and we did see one cockroach in the room

Clean room, hardwood floors, amenities (free parking easy to drive into or leave lot, pool/jacuzzi, recreation room, gym). The one bedroom apartment was spacious and th3 bed was comfortable. Basic kitchen with all cooking essentials. Check in staff great!

-Unexpected city tax on check in. -Passive aggresive harrassment by the timeshare folks.

The office staff is awesome. Very professional and one employee with the smile mask always greeted me with a big smile and always cheerful. This is an older location but the staff is amazing.

Unite 701 the front door could be updated.

Location and room size was nice and larger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils.

Bathroom was very tiny. Showerhead not adequate, especially for low water pressure. Air conditioner needs replacing, was very loud and damp in room, hence the moldy smell in room upon entry. TV channel selection was lacking. No daily maid service!

Unit is comfortable , staffs are friendly , good location.

This staff was ok

The room had mosquitos, and spiders. The carpet was filthy. The toilet hissed every time you flushed it. They also charged my credit card $100 for a hold. They had a pile of old beds that were stained in parking spaces. Worst experience every. Don't go!!!

The location was perfect for Disneyland.

Didn't put the two rooms we had together.

Thoughtful and friendly staff made the start extra enjoyable.

The parking to register was a little tight for a big truck.

Location, short walk to all your needs. Recommend the 2 Bedroom Condos, they are worth it!!

Beautiful grounds and helpful staff.

We were placed in a disability room which was uncomfortable since we are over 6 ft tall.

Location to DisneyLand. Mini golf course on the grounds. Pool and 2 hot tubs. Loved the family style apartments.

Not enough mirrors in the unit (only the bathroom mirror and one in master). Also need more washers and dryers for use.

Close to Disney and very helpful staff.

The pictures on the website with decks overlooking a grassy area or pool are deceptive. Some decks overlook that area, but others overlook a parking lot and into the side of a building. This should be clear when renting, but it is not. The tub drained very slowly, so you got to stand in your dirty shower water while you showered.

I stayed here with my family when I was a kid in 2008 and I absolutely loved it and finally got to fulfill my dream of staying here again for a Disneyland trip bringing my own kids and my husband and it was just as magical as I remembered! I love the beautiful dolphin decor throughout the area and we loved how easily accessible the laundry was. The first night there we were struggling to figure out the dvd player and they sent someone up even though it was late and got everything figured out for us (which was amazing because it was the only thing that got our kids to settle down for the night). It’s so close to Disneyland and it was so cheap for how long we were there! I was shocked when I saw that it had a full kitchen with all equipment in it. I seriously cannot say enough good things about our stay and will honestly only ever stay here from now on when we come to visit Disney. I’m seriously in love with dolphin cove!

The only complaint I had (which wasn’t even the hotels issue was just how humid it was when we were there so it made it a bit harder to keep warm at night since it was humid and cold, but having our own thermostat in the room so we could turn it up was so so nice.
