Clean and close to Disney

Got some miscellaneous charges after my stay but called and the did fix the issue

Friendly staff, great breakfast, good room size

The room floor was swept but dirty. My granddaughters feet were black so we wet swiffered it. Everything else was clean so I think someone just forgot to mop

As soon as I walked in I was immediately relieved. It was so clean and fresh smelling. Then I was greeted by the front desk manager and he promised I would be happy with my stay and I was very pleased,

Listing stated parking was free, it was not. We had to pay for each night we stayed. The free breakfast was acceptable, if there was food available. Out of the 5 days, there was only one day where the food did not run out either before or during.

The staff at this hotel is amazing and quick to address your needs. My family and I loved the free breakfast as well.

The location. We wish it were closer to the parks because we would love to stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

The surprise resort fee. There were no ?resort? elements at this motel, unless the ?free? parking and breakfast weren?t really free. The rooms were poorly lit and there was only a blackout curtain, so the window options were dark or hello neighbor!

Was clean and professional. Room was fantastic. Manager went up and beyond tonassure our satisfaction

The walls, ceiling, and floor was thin as paper. You could hear EVERYTHING everywhere. Also shower drains slowly and hair was everywhere.

The rooms were newly refurbished and clean and had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable and soft and so was the bedding. It had a large fridge and a microwave and the room all around was very nice. Breakfast was just okay.

The parking was tight and not a ton of spaces so if you have a large vehicle it might be hard to park. The location to Disney was a little far to walk, but we caught a $7 Uber which was great. Be aware there is a hotel fee charged on top of the rate.

Close to Disneyland parking garage.

I did not like that I had to pay a resort fee upon arrival. Stayed five nights had to pay$---. Nothing you can do and it feels like extortion every time. This is not a resort it¿s a hotel at best. Ate free breakfast once and it¿s mediocre at best.

The staff were kind and helpful; the room was great and met expectations for the great deal we had. Kids enjoyed the pool, although it was cold in January still, and its not heated, my kids still has so much fun. 25 min walk, 10 to shuttle to Disney

No laundry soap in dispenser, and counter didnt have quarters.

We liked the layout for the room and the property. We also liked the ample parking spaces. The breakfast was great, too.

We could hear our neighbors like they were in the room with us. The place shook every time someone walked by; while we were on the bed, it would noticeably shake.

The free breakfast was a plus because it made it easier to get the kids up and ready for Disney

This Hotel definitely isn¿t walking distance from Disney. We used the arc bus and did on demand, which was definitely worth the money since my granddaughter can¿t Uber without a car seat

Great location, bed was comfortable and clean, AC worked great! Good breakfast in the morning, lots of seating available to eat breakfast in the lobby or on patio.

Parking is tight, but not terrible.

The staff was great. The room was fine, just average but it did need maybe a better fan in the bathroom. Some tiny spots of mold in the corners and a bit stuffy after showers. Beds were fine and no carpet in the room, yay!

The pillows were compact, a little different than what were used to. Pool is small but was clean, parking lot is very small and really for compact cars only, anything larger didn't really fit within the parking lines.

Close to Disneyland

Fireworks Discharged at 9:30 every night next to rooms. Fees charged after reservation.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff was friendly. The fact that other more expensive hotels don't have elevators and this hotel does, didn't realize how big of a positive it would be.

The rooms need some updates. The carpet needs some deep cleaning. It's hard to keep slippers on 4 year old all the time but I kind of wished I was more diligent as his feet were black in couple hours.

Slept well with comfortable beds Hot breakfast with biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, eggs.
