Newer hotel that feels clean. Quick walk to Disney,

The synthetic sheets. Not breathable and sticky. We’ve stayed here three times and had great experiences. This trip we were less impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Felt like they were charging more for things that were free in the past.

Clean, perfect location, very nice and spacious rooms

The hotel was well maintained and up to date. The staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel was located right next to Interstate 5, so there was a significant amount of car and road noise.

At first I was bummed because we were facing the highway, but when the fireworks from Disneyland went on. We were able to see everything. Staff was super nice. Rooms and lobby was very clean.

There was no free breakfast. No free parking. Valet only. =(

The proximity to Disneyland was close enough to walk. The pool area was very relaxing and we really enjoyed the happy hour specials. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel smelled good and looked very clean.

I stayed two days so room was not subject to housekeeping. The front desk said I could call if I needed anything. I called four times and requested more towels and TP. We didn't not receive the items we needed until the night before we checked out.

Location was great. Clean.

A surprise 35-dollar-a-night parking fee. Not listed in accommodations as valet only, but it is. Also the room was at 60+% humidity for most of the stay even with intervention. Not great after a hot, humid day outside, especially considering the price.

Excellent location, short and safe walk to Disneyland entrance! Hotel was clean and accommodations were roomy. Beds and pillows were more comfortable than many other hotels. Onsite bar allows you to take drinks to the room which was nice.

Valet only property. There are in and out privileges and you can text them when you need your car which is convenient. I read that you must get your car by the 11am check out time, ifyou plan to be at Disneyland on your check out day it may be problematic

I don't like the fact that I had to pay for valet parking. Why couldn't I save the time and money and park myself? Also why is there complementary coffee down stairs like most hotels?

Valet parking is necessary but they were prompt so it was as a good of experience as it could be.

Loved everything

Room was clean and spacious for 6 of us. Best thing ever was having a luggage cart available for the guests to use. I¿ve been to many hotel and never had any of these hotels have the carts which is so convenient. Walking distance to Disneyland.

It is close to Disneyland

Next to freeway - noisy - no breakfast and only valet parking - way to gouge for more fees.

This hotel was great for our family while visiting Disneyland. Spacious room. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. The staff was also very helpful with a scheduling conflict that I had.

The walk to Disneyland is only .5 miles but would be nice if there was a more convenient shuttle. The city has a shuttle that runs nearby but I never could understand the schedule.

The design was beautiful. I also loved the pool area for kids.

The only thing I thought could have been improved is the bath tubs. They are very small.

Check in and check out experience was not good. The whole thing was long and confusing and we were charged extra for night when our reservation was already prepaid and booked for two nights. When showed the reservation like you sure they charged you.

I like the location, very close to Disneyland.

I wanted to check in earlier than 3 but there was no rooms available. I went back at 3 and still had to wait for a room to be available.

We liked the spa, pool, and water pad for the kids. Plenty of towels.

The beds were very soft and placed on a wood platform which if bumped would slide. Horrible coffee in the restaurant.

Friendly and close to Disney

Short staffed so had to wait a long time to check in. Check in was at 3pm and when I arrived at 430pm, my room still wasn't ready.
