The fact that I had to valet my car. No self parking available.

Nice staff, clean, quiet rooms and great location. The walk to Disneyland is about 10 minutes which is perfect! The breakfast is yummy with several options and the pool is nice as well. We’ll be staying here again!

Staff is polite, overall the hotel is clean.

Very, very few amenities. No coffee, hot water, water outside of the breakfast hours. Not even a place to purchase. Signs consistently refer you to the hotels around them for amenities, might as well have stayed there.

Extremely clean, wonderful breakfast, great price and location for Disneyland vacation.

Location! Easiest walk to Disneyland! Free breakfast. Parking is expensive but I knew that when I booked.

Great location for visiting Disneyland, hotel amenities were all great (and as advertised)

Was surprised to find out the hotel windows directly face a major freeway, with lots of round-the-clock road noise. The room unexpectedly contained a white-noise generator, which was nice and did make it easier to sleep in spite of the road noise.

The staff were wonderful, we had to call down for things, and the staff always helped. They found a plug for us to use with our usb cords thankfully. It's a 15-20 min walk from Disneyland gates, very clean, quiet, hot bkfst, and the most comfortable bed!

The water was shut off one of the days and no price reduction was offered. The parking was $22 /day I felt this should have been included in price of room.

Beds were comfortable shower was nice, location was great.

Breakfast was a joke, I understand COVID restrictions however other places were still able to provide hot breakfast in to go options.

The staff was great upon check in. The size of the room was great and the location to the park was perfect.

Overall it was great. The road noise was noticeable and the breakfast was just ok, but what I expected. However, it is very nice that you do offer some food options.

This is a nice hotel near Disneyland. The staff was ALWAYS friendly, beds were comfortable and breakfast was well stocked.

The location of this hotel was great. Easy walking distance to Disneyland. The breakfast served all of the things you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Nothing exceptional but my kids ate it. The pool was nice. The room was large, clean, and modern.

My daughter vomited in the middle of the night on to one of their beds. I called the front desk to see how they wanted my to handle it. There did not seem to be a procedure to handle this and the night clerk seemed flustered and annoyed.
