The kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom was sufficient. We appreciated that there were cups and plates for us to use.

Our shower door didn't close completely. Bottled water should be complimentary for all guests despite membership status.

Plenty of room for family of 5 for a reasonable price wake without the need to book 2 rooms. Rooms comfortable including climate control, beds and linen. Good location with easy walk to Disneyland. Decent hot breakfast buffet included saves time.

The cleanliness of the hotel, location to Disneyland, good buffet breakfast and nice hot tub.

Toilet lid kept popping off even after maintenance came in to fix and had to call daily to get extra rolls of toilet paper

The hotel only offers one housekeeping day in the middle of your stay instead of housekeeping each day like most hotels. Staff wasn¿t super accommodating with this.

The bathroom door!!! It was a sliding barn door. It left a 3 in gap and no privacy. I was in a room with 5 other people. It was also very hard to open for everyone. It had no lock.The room was close to the highway and you could hear traffic. Loud guests

The rooms were huge, clean,and with plenty of storage. Beds are nice too. It was 10 min walk to Disneyland with a good price. The hotel stored our luggage before check in, and again for several hours after check out.

Not enough fruit selection. Wish there was bacon.

Huge rooms, free breakfast, close to Disney

Cleaning was only every 3 days.

It was a beautiful decorated hotel. It was clean. The room was an excellent size for my family to be together. It¿s awesome to have had a kitchen/fridge!

They charged me for parking, my booking said ¿free parking¿. I was not comped nor accommodated for my inconvenience of AC not working properly due to not being told there was more than just flipping it on or off, so I slept in over 50% humidity.

The rooms were small...it was not very clean. It definitely was not worth the money.

I was not aware that I would have to pay for parking. It was $14.99 plus tax per night which was ridiculous. I asked whay my options were and the attendant said i could park in the residential neighborhood. But just not in their parking lot.

It was like a renamed Motel 6.

We were not told we were getting a queen bed we did not fit with my husband and I and our two young babies.

This hotel has no elevator... They have me a upstairs room when I asked if someone could help since they don't have elevators staff advised no other staff other than front desk. He said I can accommodate another room but you're going to lose out on a bed.

Had I known that I would not have stayed and the fact they don't have any other staff to help also leaves me a bit concerned.

The staff was polite and very helpful.

The rooms were extremely small. Pictures do not show the actual size of the rooms.

It was inexpensive and walking distance from the park.

The location was very close to Disneyland

1. There is no elevator. The rooms are also not ADA compliant. 2. They do not have security at night. 3. Some of the door locks do not work. 4. The courtyard echos all sounds

the location to Disneyland is perfect! The staff was amazing and very honest. They found that we left a 50 dollar bill in our room and housekeeping tracked us down and returned it. The front desk clerks were more than polite and very easy to deal with.

The carpets turned my socks BLACK. There was a stickiness on the floor that was kind of off putting. Also there was a smell of mildew in the room, it seemed to get stronger by the day.

Hotel really needs to be updated. Bed was sagging on one side. Most hotels with single beds have a king bed , this hotel was a queen. Out let’s we’re so old our phone chargers wouldn’t stay in the outlet. No outlet by one of the nightstands.
