- Everything. This is the 5th time staying at the hotel and it was terrible. To the front desk staff to the cleaning crew to the breakfast. The bed was so bad, the room was extremely dirty. I used to love this place but it completely went downhill fast.
- Parking, not warm welcome hotel , cleaning and not easy to access
- The beds were REALLY uncomfortable, the breakfast was nothing special, just some powdered eggs, sausage, and link sausage things with one day was pancakes, and another day was eggo waffles, along with make your own waffles.

Not much was very likable...
